Review of Souperia from 9 December 2009

Souperia is a great little lunch place just off Schanzenstrasse. They normally have a selection of about 8 soups, all delicious, and the bread is free. It's no restaurant though...

It's not open in the evenings, and it's very much a stand-up-and-eat type place. Anyway the soups are all great and it's quite cheap, so you can't complain!

Review of Souperia from 5 June 2009

The tomato soup in Souperia really is out of this world. It’s most definitely not from a can, loads of lovely bits of tomato still recongisable, and a huge dollop of crème fraîche makes for a nice lunch, especially on a hangover. It’s not open in the evenings, so Saturday is my only opportunity to go. I may do that tomorrow!

Review of Souperia from 17 January 2008

Souperia offers some pretty great soups. I think I already tried all of them..Keep coming back to see if they offer another new, original one.

My absolute favorite is the kokos-mohre soup; something with kokos, carrot, vegetables and limeleaf. Yummy! Try them in the store, and read a magazine, but take-away is an option as well.

If you´re not sure which one to have, the staff offers you to try whatever you like, so that you can make up your mind.
The soups are served with bread (really fresh) on the side.

Thirsty? Try out the special cold herb tea, great bottles and from china (actually...no idea where from)! Healthy and something special.
