If i could give nil stars i would! Just came across this site and i still remember how upset i was when i recieved such an awfull cut at toni & guy’s in Crawley last year!
For just a simple trim it was amazing how bad it was! One side was 3 inches shorter than the other (no exaggeration i promise)!!! When she’d finished i told her this nicely and she took abit more off and claimed once again she was finished!! (The girl never spoke a word from beginning to end, no communication at all, whenever i spoke she’d just look,-total attitude!!!!!!!!!)
By the end i was too upset to speak and was dying to get out as my long hair had turned out much shorter than id ever wanted!
I went for a consultation at another hairdressers who told me that i must go back get it evened out as one side was far shorter than the other!
Even when i went back some guy and woman who checked it over and took abit more off were not very understanding. It was still wonky but i didnt want my hair to get any shorter!
Heard more AWFUL things about this salon and i recommend to stay clear!
