This place was warmly recommended by a friend of mine, who is extremely coutious about her hair, for their excellent service and professional staff. So I went there last week and I really loved what they did to my hair.

I saw that they offer different treatments. I like the idea of permanent waves, but it is kind of an expensive service for me. I am addicted to the ombre craze. The whole two-tone finish of the hair and especially the lighter ends seem to me a nice choice. May be they will mix the perfect colours for me. I hope that the service will be on a good level.

Just got my hair coloured purple here after my usual hairdresser didn't want to do it. These guys are ready to do all kinds of weird things and experiment with your hair and I must admit mine turned out great. I walked out of this place with a huge smile on my face, totally satisfied with my new hairstyle.

These are experienced hairdressers who know what they're doing. They are
also open to being very experimental so if you are sick of going to
conventional, barbie-like hairdressers who wouldn't "let you" shave a
chunk out if your hair or dye some bits purple etc then this is the
place for you.

I have no need to go anywhere else. Ive even started to get my boyfriend coming here and now he is hooked too. Great styling at an affordable price.

Wedge is a long-time favourite of mine. I’ve been going to Sarah since late 2008, during which time my tastes, hair cut, and hair colour have changed quite a few times, and she has always managed to get it just right. No matter whether I come in knowing exactly what I want, or simply wanting something “different-than-how-it-is-now” I always walk out with a great head of hair and a smile on my face. In the past 3 years, I have recommended this salon to at least 10 of my friends, many of which have gone back for repeat visits.
My only complaint is that Wedge is still in London and I’ve had to move away! :-P

I went to Wedge with a smile on my face, sure from all the reviews I had read that this would be my new salon. My last experience, in another city, was amazing so I was very optimistic.
Unfortunately I was not impressed. My colour didn’t turn out the way I expected it and even though I was given a discount I still feel I got ripped off. Even my fringe got a weird trim and now it’s pretty hard to style :S On the upside, the stylist was kind and seemed to care… But I won’t be returning there anytime soon. First time in years that I feel like crap after a haircut and I really thought I would never feel this again…

I went to wedge today, iv’ had bad experiences with hair dressers and hadnt been in ages after actually gettin turned down by a hair dressers for root touch up, i went in today with long roots pink, green blue and purple hair and it was no problem at all for them! my stylist ashe was so friendly and kind and welcoming, everyone was, definatly my new hairdressers, i hate getting my hair done usually but and not going to be putting it off any more now iv’e found them, there was a really good atmosphere and my hair turned out great, im so happy with the results and the process, ive already told my friends and i strongly reccomend them

Just got a cut and colour done in Wedge and I am delighted with it. I arrived having only a vague idea of what I wanted, but after my stylist - Ian, talked me through the style I felt very confident he knew what would work, and it did.
I'm delighted with the colour and its exactly what I hoped for and I'm similarly impressed with the cut which makes my very fine hair look much fuller.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. It had really nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good prices. Best of all, I feel that they really put a lot of time, thought and effort into given me a really fantastic hairstyle. :)

I came here after getting stuck with a terrible dark red colour from Toni & Guy (last time I ever use a chain hairdresser). I'd had colour correction when I lived elsewhere in the UK, so I knew half the challenge was finding someone brave enough to take it on. Sarah did a fantastic job, she turned the dark red colour into a very light blonde, goodness knows how. She put my hair through as little damage as possible, even though it had to be bleached several times. I left with an even, great blonde colour that I didn't think was possible. Sarah and staff were friendly and not the usual nonsense you get with some salons. I would strongly recommend it. Seemed like a great place to get an alternative haircut and dye, like some of the better salons you used to find in Camden.
