Don’t bother using this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional. I booked Man Van Leeds through this company for a move on 17 Aug and they didn’t turn up, not even a phone call. When I phoned the number on the confirmation email I was told the person was in a call centre in London and couldn’t get hold of the driver in Leeds. Not even an apology. Disgraceful behaviour which left us in the right s***. Will be telling people not to use this company.

I wanted to hire a moving company to do removals for our clients and we were let down by other movers, but after finding flexible movers and used them i came to the conclusion that they do deserve the name and i would continue using them, they are reliable and very cost effective. I needed movers on regular basis and I am very happy that I found them, they do deserve to be on top on all other movers in London. so yes I would recommend them

I booked 2 men + a van for 2pm today. When they hadn't arrived by 2.20, I called to find out where they were. i was told someone would call the driver and call me back. When no-one had called me by 2.40, I called again and was told they'd be with me at 3.30. I said that wasn't good enough as I had viewings booked at my flat at 3pm, and asked why no-one had contacted me to let me know even that they were running late. I was shouted at, sworn at and had the phone slammed down on me. I'm now sitting here in tears, really shaken up. Please, no-one else use this horribly abusive and very unprofessional company.

After they moved my furniture I noticed that several items had chips taken out of them. I informed the removal firm and they refused to entertain my complaint even though they said they were insured.
They even threatened to report me to the police for "harassing" them when I was trying to make a complaint. Spend a bit of extra money and do not bother it will cost you in the long run.
