I can't praise her or the other staff at Good Old Days enough, I just thought some people might like an idea of how wonderful a less expensive haircut here can be like!

Luca is the only hairdresser I trust to chop my hair in London, and wouldn't try another snipper in the Capital!

The best haircut I've ever had. I don't normally stick to one salon but have been going here for 2 years now and am not dissapointed.

Luca is a natural born stylist with an eye for matching ones hair style to ones personality and an utter perfectionist at work! Can't recommend G.O.D. enough!

First haircut in London and definitely found a keeper of a salon. Had been putting it off as it’s always a bit daunting to find a new hairdresser but now I can’t wait for my next visit. I made a late request to have colour done as well and the owner Luca was really accommodating, shuffling things around so it could be fit in and taking it on himself. He was really great – chilled and unpretentious like the whole salon. I couldn’t be happier with the result and all the compliments I’ve received reflect his professionalism and creative skills. Brilliant playlist as well – all in all a great experience.

Having my hair coloured for the first time was quite a daunting experience, but I definitely had made the right choice in choosing The Good Old Days! I don’t think I could’ve gone anywhere better, all the staff were super friendly and nice genuine characters. Most importantly my hair looks incredible, the two stylists that coloured and cut my hair used their own imagination and really had a creative eye in knowing what styles suit people best. Definitely recommend this to anyone and they’ve found a client for life.

Can’t praise this hair salon more highly. Riccardo is my hair stylist and is consistently excellent. Also the online booking system is easy to use and lets me make appointments when I need to.

Its a great find – salon and the staff are laid back and they really looked after me. Great cuppa, fab head massage and none of that weird hairdresser chat about holidays.
I love my new haircut – thanks to Ann – think she’s one of the art directors – she gave me a really flattering cut – its stylish without being crazzzyyyy trendy. Also for anyone who’s into bleach she totally sorted out my colour making me super blond without damaging my hair. Not sure how she did it but I’m well pleased!

Great salon, professional and on-trend without being pretentious or unwelcoming… I am really fussy about my hair and Luca always has me leaving the salon feeling like a million bucks. If ever people ask me if I know a good salon, I always say Good Old Days without any hesitation.

5 stars to Good Old Days because it is just great. Great haircuts, great atmosphere and great coffee too! If you are in London you cannot miss this place for any reason.

I have been getting my hair cut at the salon since it opened. My hairdresser is Luca and he is an excellent hairdresser and always does a great job. I a, never disappointed. Everyone always asks me who cut my hair so he is definitely doing something right! I would be happy to recommend him to anyone, male or female; he is fantastic at both. I have no intention of going elsewhere!
The salon itself is relaxed and friendly, as are all the other staff, and in a good location.

I have been getting my hair cut there for about two years and I am totally happy with my hair! Zara is my stylist and she is exact with her scissors but relaxed with her clients. I always walk out of the salon looking and feeling great. And it grows out perfectly, so its not like other places where it just doesn’t look as good the next day. So I can easily recommend Good Old Days, esp if you live in Hackney…

Good Old Days is great.
I’ve been having my hair cut there for a couple of years now and I’m always happy with the result.

After searching for a while to find a hairdresser in London who could make my really curly and difficult hair look great, I came across Good Old Days in Broadway market and booked in with Danielle who turned out to be amazing!!
I always leave really happy when she cuts my hair; its looks good for ages after and the blow dry seems to last longer than when anyone else does it. This lovely little red head has skills, I’d recommend her to anyone.

I have been visiting Good Old Days for over two years now and couldn’t be happier.
I always visit Anthony as his creative style and flare always lead to interesting good haircuts.
I couldn’t recommend it more.
