This system was installed a few years ago. The client has lost their own passwords and remote control for their DVR recorder.
Our engineers called 3 times and unfortunately we could not get into what is now their own system. We offer our sincere apologies but, as we explained to the client, without the passwords and remote their is nothing we can do.

Excellent service thank you, had a new camera system installed around the house which gives us remote access to check on things while we're out and about, great peace of mind. Left everything really tidy when they'd finished and peter's been really helpful getting us set up thank you!

Offensive content?
Extremely disappointed with this service - they installed a new system at a huge expense to my company. We had a break in and items were stolen from our premises, we called them to ask for assistance as we could not access the video ourselves. It took 2 days for someone to attend. After telling me nothing could be done until the next day the engineer failed to return. We repeatedly called to ask for assistance and see when someone would attend again but our calls were ignored and a month later we have not heard from them. I would not recommend.

Fast and efficient service. My freeview signal suddenly dropped off, turned out the aerial inside the loft had a problem, and I was blaming the switchover. YS sent someone over within a day of calling, then diagnosed and sorted the problem quickly.
