The food is ok; some of it is tasty and some of it is bland ethnic food. They offer good discounts online. What really lets the place down is the service; it's disorganised, and the staff can be incredibly rude. We waited almost 90 minutes for our starters to come last time. When we complained, we found the manager rude to the point of aggressive. 2 tables beside us walked out after waiting a considerable time for their food.

I cant speak about the Hackney branch, but Cirrik Richmond is one place where you can find quality Turkish Cuisine.

We ordered mixed hot meze and a few cold starters, a mixed kebab, and a lamb shish. The food was very good, the only minor fault was we were initially served a cold meze. Only order the mixed kebab if you are really hungry as I had to admit defeat with the last few morsels.
The whole lot was washed down with a bottle of very palatable pinot grigio - there no hope of finding room for a desert though!!

Friendly staff, although there was a fairly large and rather noisy party celebrating which made conversation a bit difficult; and as they accept 'taste card' it worked out as good value for money at £50 including coffee and 10% service.
