BetterMind aims to provide the best service they can for their customers and clients. Our mission is to provide affordablility and accessability to psychological thinking in London. We also aim to provide the most rounded and complete service that we can offer and as such also provide an online therapeutic service via ‘The e-counsellor’ www.theecounsellor.co.uk.
Our training is friendly, interactive and generally very well received by our participants.
We have a philosophy of appoachabilty and are always availlable to have an open discussion and answer any questions people may have.

I worked with Bettermind and found the service professional, friendly and reliable. I'm glad I found them as I had had counselling elsewhere and it nearly put me off seeing a therapist, but Bettermind was a much nicer experience. Since finishing my therapy, I have referred a friend to Bettermind and they have found it just as useful.

I work in large young people's hostel in South London and we have worked with the founders of Bettermind for over a year now. They have provided CBT for our young people, individual and group staff supervision and bespoke mental health training for staff.
Nick and Mike quickly established a great rapport with our team and as a result staff really enjoy working with them. They're incredibly flexible in their approach and have become a vital resource in our chaotic working environment!

I have been working with the guys form Bettermind for a couple of years now. I found them to be professional. approachable and dedicated to their work/clients. I hope we carry on working together as it has been a pleasure to have them on board!

I've worked with the lovely folks at bettermind and I thought I should write a review of what I felt was a highly worthwhile experience. I found them to be very professional and felt confident in the excellent service that they provided.
I cannt recommend them enough if this is the kind of thing you're looking for. A truely worthwile experience.
