If you are heading off to Le Mont Saint Michel (only 9km away) and enjoy camping you have to come here. It is a very very good camping site, it is a member of the Kawan community, which denotes itself for providing quality campsites and this one shows that.

This campsite is owned by a very nice several languages speaking family and has all the commodities you can expect. It even has a Sauna/Steam Room, which I found to be strange on a campsite but always a good thing to have, if you suddenly have that urge to keep warm. It has very good standard facilities, which include Swimming Pool, Cocktail Bar, Tennis Courts, Football Pitches, Animal Farm (it has goats!!), Kiddies Corner, Bicycle Hiring, Free Walks to Mont Saint Michel and a Barbecue Area. The pitches are quite large and all have divisories (hedges) between them. The site looks very tidy and good, it has massive recycling bins. Plus, you can order Pain aux Chocolate and fresh Baguettes!

Oh, and close by you can find a Crocodile Tank, which I found pretty cool and was amazed to see that they had one there… Didn’t visit it though, next time and I’ll write about it!

The price is fairly good, I paid around 24€ for Two Persons+Tent+Car, which isn’t that bad, looking at all the things they offered.
