RnR Therapies - Spa & Mobile Massage

I bought a voucher from the KGB website for myself and my mother allowing us both to have an hour massage and herbal tea worth £75 at RnR therapies. I attempted to call the spa numerous times and I even left a voice-message with my details to which I had no reply. After sending an email stating this the administrator informed me that they had, had no available slots since the beginning of July and nothing will be available before my vouchers expire therefore I would need to get a refund from KGB. 

I found this to be an appalling service and judging by the administrators response it is obvious that RnR therapies could not cope with the capacity of clients they required. I would not lend them my clientele in the future as in my opinion the situation was not dealt with in a fair manner.

The massage I got was excellent. Very relaxing, removed the tension from my tight back and leg muscles. I will be returning. David is friendly and professional, and the surroundings are very nice. The Balham Lodge Hotel at which he is based is quiet and easily accessible, and has free on street parking nearby on weekends and evenings. An excellent service.

David is amazing with magic hands! After the massage i felt so relaxed and stress free! He is very professional and will explain what he is doing if needed! Will defo have another treatment with him. Highly recommended!!

I have just come out of a wonderful massage with David and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off not just my shoulders but my entire body, I feel utterly relaxed. In addition to his magical hands, he also has gentlemanly manners. I also enjoyed how he explained about reflexology, so I understood which pain was linked to which part of my body. Thank you David, I’ll be back for more.

I have been for a massage with David twice now and both times have been just amazing. The first time I was looking for a stress buster and the second time I just wanted to relax. He has the magic touch and knows exactly what pressure to apply. I felt rejuvinated after each time and did want it to end. I would definetly recommend him.

There are no words to describe how relaxing are David's treatments. His hands are incredible soft and warm that all my muscle relaxes as soon he touch them and every time I almost follow asleep. He is extremely professional, comes to your door with all the equipment. He transforms my leaving room in a beauty saloon. As soon I close my eyes I fell in the most luxury beauty clinic with all the smell of the essences and relaxing music.... SIMPLY AMAZING. I will strongly recommended to everyone that feel stressed and tired. If you never tried the reflexology try now, His hands will revive your feet. After Reflexology with David my feet are so happy! And even my humor improve! I feel much more calm and relaxed. It's a great help especially during "those days" of the month - decreased pain and lot more energy! You should try!

The only thing that helps my diverticulitis and stomach pains are his reflexology treatments. His massages are just so relaxing and get rid of my back ache. He is such a professional therapist and I always feel better after a treatment. I couldn't recommend David more!

I suffer from a chronic back problem after a car accident it affects my sleep and my job makes it worse. David's massages are the only thing that help my back pain and give me some relief. After the massage I feel flexible and light. I would defiantly recommend him!

David is extremely dedicated to his work. The reflexology is amazing because it brings me instant relief and the holistic massage is really relaxing, it has greatly improved a longstanding back problem. I really recomend him!
