This salon is great, and i love the new shop they have moved to. I find every time i go there my hair is styled to the highest standard, by very compident staff. the atmosphere is wounderful too.

I have never felt uncomfortable or ignored as i have felt in other salons before.
The prices are great, and i am always infomred of offers they have running.

And i would like to wish all the staff a happy new year!

I decided to book an appointment with Bombshell after reading all of the great reviews below and had booked in for a full head of highlights. I don't know how much experience the girls had in doing highlights but literally every inch of my head was covered in bleach and tinfoil - they might as well have left off the tinfoil and just covered my head in bleach! When the foils were removed it had obviously gone badly wrong as I had white patches at the top, orange bits in the middle and yellow at the ends. The girls told me not to worry and that they would sort it out for me and then put another colour over the top.

She then washed it off - at this point I could see my hair was orange, I let her dry it off a bit but then walked out without paying - which I've never ever done before. My hair was literally about 5 different shades of orange, other clients in the salon looked horrified. To give them their due they did offer to correct it if I came back the next day,, but they so blatantly had no idea what they were doing I really didnt want to take the risk. I got home obviously really upset to find not only was my hair orange, they'd also managed to dye the roots blue, and they'd got hair dye all over my cardigan.

My hair is now badly damaged and its taken 3 semi permanent colours in a week to get it back to anything resembling a normal colour. The shame is the girls were really sweet -although when my sister came to pick me up she did see one of the girls laughing at the state of my hair.

Its going to take me a long time to get my hair back into anything resembling a reasonable condition - and to have my hair wrecked just a few days before Christmas was awful and I would hate anyone else to go through the same experience.

A wonderful Salon with fantastic staff who will really encourage you to go with something that suits both your image and your personality. Mark will put you instantly at ease with his wicked sense of humour and his creativity and flair for hair are a gift!

Best hair salon in Hartlepool by far. I was reccomended this place by a friend when I wanted a restyle and my hair looks great (now!) They don’t rush you and allow you to have a good chat about what you want. All staff friendly, a nice atmosphere in the salon and excellent work. Check the heads of clients leaving, all go away happy. Fully reccomend

I have been going to Bombshell for the last year, my hair has never been in such good condition and expertly cut. I would recommend to anyone.

The manager and staff are very professional and helpful, they also advise on colours, cuts etc.
