4.19 for a basic and rather thin ham & cheese baguette? No thank you.
1.95 for a regular tea with milk? Well, ok then.

I then discovered it was Earl Grey (which is horrible with milk anyway).

Charging those prices, you'd hope they would be able to get such basic things right. I suppose with so much passing trade they feel they don't have to care!

Customer Service stunningly awful in the evenings with a uniquely bad experience of incorrect change given (change for a note of £5 rather than the note of £20 actually handed) and appalling insistence on the shop assistant/cashier, who did not apologise or questioned at all her conduct.
I will genuinely dis-recommand the place and of course will never go again and will hand in formal complain if I have time to find out the proper route for that.

Had a tuna baguette on Thursday night at around 8pm at Waterloo station; staff tried to cheat me by giving 1 pound less in change to my 10 pound note; it was definitely not by mistake but rather something these two idiots were trying to do with a lot of customers who are in a hurry and they hope are not paying attention; DISGRACEFUL

Set by the escalator to the underground, this is a convenient member of the chain.

Their baguettes always look appetising. The secret is in the name, as all their bread loses its softness being left out. Resulting in a shredded mouth if you are not careful.

Nice baguettes and coffee but prices are quite high with it being in the station. The staff are not really very friendly and don’t seem to listen to what you are asking for but you get served quick if there isn’t a queue in front of you.

Located inside Waterloo Station, Upper Crust is a nice little sandwich shop with some pastries & coffee on the siide. My absolutely favourite that you MUST try is the bacon, brie and spinach baguette. Absolutely to die for.

Wish the staff were a bit friendlier & the prices a bit lower, but what do you expect from a train station?
