I booked an appointment online and specified the tyres I wanted for my car. When I got there they were expecting me and got started straight away. The wheel alignment they also carried out fixed the slight pull to the left.
The downside is the waiting area, I don't know when it was last cleaned but it has been a while. It could do with a thorough clean.
