I have given this firm one star as I cannot give zero. My order was not fulfilled despite constant promises. My request for a refund was met by Google Wallet out of honour. This took two and a half months. If you want sleepless nights, order something from this firm. All the comments above from other clients are absolutely spot on and mirrors my experience.

I'm writing to warn people of Airetech IT and their blatant scamming of innocent people.

I ordered a PC Case 2 weeks ago. It never came. I contacted David Catherall several times to sort the problem out and each time I did he either fobbed me off with a dodgy delivery date or excuse.

I got a delivery ref for my package and when I checked it with the delivery company they use (Interlink express) surprise surprise it didn't register.

I called again to ask what is correct delivery ref and got put on hold then I eventually hung up after 15 mins of waiting. Phoned back again and got an answer machine message saying there had been a fire alarm and so unable to take call :) lol.

Seriously do not trust this man. I have been in touch with my bank to get my money back...have saved all my emails to and from david to use as evidence against him. I will be reporting him to Trading Standards.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Beware of this Company, cancelled an order before dispatch, waited for promised refund, eventually had to use 'chargeback' process through credit company, took over a month. Would give no stars if possible

I ordered a hard drive from AireTechIT on the 14th of June. The next day I was told that despite the product being listed as in stock and payment being taken immediately it was in fact not in stock at all. On the 20th AireTechIT finally decided to email me to say that they were refunding my payment, claiming the refund had been sent that day but that it could take up to 10 days for the money to clear to my account.

Three weeks later and not only do I not have a refund but AireTechIT have also now stopped replying to my emails. I get the impression that AireTechIT's MO is to take orders, give an excuse why they can't full-fill the order and then hope that if they ignore the customer long enough they'll just give up.

In short, don't deal with AireTechIT, they are not genuine.

I also normally do not write reviews. But people should be warned about this company. I foolishly ordered something that had "18 in stock" listed across the item, before checking the web about this company (there are many review websites where people have had very similiar bad experiences). I even paid for fast delivery. I waited a week and nothing happened. The status of my order stayed on "in progress". I emailed and received no reply. I called only to be told (excuse No. 1) that the email system was faulty. I immediately cancelled my order and demanded a fast refund. 4 weeks later and still nothing has happened. I keep writing emails but nothing happens. I am taking this matter further now - will post what happens here

I don't usually write reviews but I've been so disappointed by my dealings with this company that I felt obliged to chip in. Similar to other reviews I've seen, I was guaranteed a delivery date (which passed without notice or apology) and then had the order cancelled with the promise of a refund go (as yet) unfulfilled. I'm sympathetic to problems that a small business faces, but to guarantee a delivery date and then let it pass without notice or apology is unacceptable. The refund seems to be taking a while, more than 2 weeks at the time of writing. I paid with a VISA card so I'll get my money back one way or another, but it's been a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

Bad customer service very rude staff, defiantly bad management avoid aire tech IT. Not upto date stock indication you be better of buying with bigger company's. Website looks cheap and badly designed.
