Time pass by and I had a problem with my car door Handel I thought a bout it for a while and I decide to give GFS a call and explain what the problem was the have ask me to bring the car and they are happy to do it , it didn’t go long and they call and told me that they have done the door and its complimentary from them they didn’t charge me for labour as a good faith I was very pleased with what they did to value the customer and give them the trust to come back they have done a good job and the only cost was the spare parts which it wasn’t much , well like I say they let me think a gain as they value their customer and the good friendly service they have .

GSF Motor Works are ultimately professional in their approach and their entire team is exceptionally friendly serving you with a smile. From getting a work estimate for my luxury vehicle for its annual service, additional parts and mechanical requirements, bodyshop and MOT inspection to actually having it serviced has been a pleasant and memorable experience. And by the way, my vehicle is Japanese. The premises and service area are spotless and their engineers are knowledgable and certified experts. I highly recommend them for offering any type of automotive works and for any type of vehicle, small, big, SUV or sports.

Needed MOT done and with the new regulations i was afraid that a huge bill would come up for my old but low mileage left wheel drive car. Those guys sourced parts and applied all required modifications in a budget price! Thank you GSF :-)

I had proplem starting my BMW x5 I have contacted GSF and been told to bring the car in it take 3 days to fix the car it work perfect and been told got grantee on labour and part 2 weeks later same proplem take it back they told me it need more work and it was not the same reason the car wouldn't start ,more time more money had a call from them car ready got the car back the proplem still thier spent around £1000 plus I got more proplem noise coming up and smoke take it back they fix the noise and the smoke free of charge but still I have proplem starting the car and been told they couldn't find any proplem , in the end of the day I think it's waist of money and time and the proplem still their ! so good luck to any one but I'm not taken my car back thier a gain .

I have now used GSF for a little over 7 months on both my cars and i can say hand on heart they are fantastic and have never let me down.
I first went to them 7 months ago with my 1999 Range Rover i bought that needed a lot of love and attention and GSF was recommended to me by a friend. They told me what had to be done and it was a big job was quoted a price and lets say it was £2500 cheaper than Range Rover Main Dealer and £1000 cheaper than any other garage i had used.
Well i have to say the job they did was amazing and they service they provide is main dealer service but without the heavy cost.
For me i have used them from a tyre change to my other car having a total engine rebuild and never have they let me down ,they keep me in the loop all the time and i am always welcomed to come and have a look at the progress of the work being done and when i do come i am treated always like family, warm and friendly.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GSF!!!!

Great Garage, brilliant service. I had some tyres changed last week, and an MOT done yesterday. Very friendly and super polite!! Would definitely recommend!! And will defintely be the garage I use from now on as long as i am in south london. Thanks GSF!!

Disgusting service and poor communication skills. I wasn't updated about my car, I had to call them 5 times a day for an updates, after 4 days got the car back and the problem is still there after spending huge amount. Thumbs down.............

Being female and driving an ageing, not-grand car, I’m usually rather nervous of garages. Have used these guys twice now – once for MOT and service and once to mend the damage done by a sideswiper. They really seem to make an effort to find solutions for issues that reflect the value of the car rather than trying to sell you the most expensive option, and the service is friendly and courteous. Really impressed.

I took my car to GSF for a service and to get the wipers fixed as they had ceased working. GSF went above and beyond to get this fixed and my car return to me, with finding constant new solutions. I couldnt of asked for more from them.

I was explained everything clearly,the bill was half from what the main dealers quoted me, definitely recommend my Friends and family,Thank you to all the lovely staff at gsf

I am an old person and don’t have an energy to struggling and looking for the garage to look after my renault, gsf was recommend by one of my relatives, found very helpful as i never seen the garage physically and they pick up and deliver the car. found good any way

After a long time i came across a garage which is very efficient in what they say and do. They did a wonderful job on my car. The car was delivered to me on time and with a free bottle of wine. will definitely recommend them.

I had a water leak from my Mercedes engine and decided to take it to the mail dealer, after inspecting the vehicle they gave the biggest shock with the price stating that they would need to remove half of my engine to replace a gasket and seals, I refused to go ahead with the work and decided to seek independent advice from another garage, i goggled and found GSF motorworks based in Battersea, I rang them and found them to be very helpful, They offered to collect my car and carry out diagnostic checks, which they did and quoted me half the price that i was quoted by the main dealer!!
I was very impressed in the way the staff dealt with me and my car and to my surprise on collection of my car it was immaculate and polished.I will definitely not be using the main dealers in the future when you can find more efficient and professional business in the same trade out there. Definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

Took my car in for clutch and acceleration problems and was incredibly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and speed of repair.
Not only did they show me the damaged parts upon pickup but also a video they had taken of the parts as they were being worked on in the car. This was in substitute of a new system they plan to implement where every customer will receive a Log In pin which will allow them to view live webcam footage of their car being worked on, on the ramp, in real time. What other garage can boast that level of customer reassurance?
Five star service. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my car.

I sent my car in for diagnostics, I was told i could have the car returned to me at my workplace.
I decided not to progress with the repairs recommended, and was told it would cost me £30 to have the car returned to me a cost of which I was not initially informed of.
When my car was returned to me, the wheel hub fittings and front grill was not replcaed, i had to return the car again to have this replaced, it was not replaced properly so had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. A big waste of my time, money and resources. Staff very friendly, but not especially efficient.
