Worst customer service ever!
I went during Christmas period looking for a particular handbag for my wife. They informed me it was no available on stock. The same day, my brother in law, called the store and they suddenly found the bag I was requesting some hours before! When I went to the store asking for the SAME model, the same sales assistant told me that it was on hold, but I insisted, that over the phone, my brother in law, was told to visit the store to buy it, as only two pieces were left in the store!
After a little argue with the (apparently manager of the store) they took from the stockroom the handbag and they agreed to sell it. I did not understand the situation, but the 25th when my wife unwrap her gift, she discover two big holes inside the leaher linning. Two days later we came back to have an explanation. I had the impression they thought we did the damage!!
My last surprise... They did not only not offer a new model, they refuse a credit note!!! A few weeks later, we travelled to Barcelona, where we explain the whole situation in their flagshop store, finally after a deseved apology, we had a new model... but a refound was still refused at the moment.
This is the worst quality, service and experiencie, I ever had in the whole Mayfair area!!!
