I have been on the books at this surgery for some 22 years. The doctors are much more patient-friendly these days as are the receptionists. Appointments are much easier to obtain now and the awful call-queueing telephone system has been taken out. The practice has expanded considerably in recent years, in terms of patient numbers and consulting rooms. The check-in system is electronic and very user-friendly. There is a good relationship with the pharmacy near by which enables you to have prescriptions collected and processed on your behalf.
