My husband is a histroy nut and we visited Malaga during our Andalusian trip. We saw that there were Bike tours. My husband also had been talking to me over prior year about going on a bike tour around Malaga. We decided to combine both with the Citybike Tour of Bike Tours Malaga. The owner was our guide and he was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. It was a lot of fun.
Six of us took this tour with Brad last week. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Malaga. Brad was very knowledgable was able to answer any questions we had. Well worth the money with a great tour guide.
We did the tour on Wednesday morning, November 23. My fiancee and I wanted to try something different while touring the city. This trip was great fun. We had a good time riding the bikes while our guide showed us the best sites and explained all their history. He also took the time to stop along the way to provide us information on the best restaurants and bars in Malaga and took pictures of us several times when we asked for. I almost guarantee that you will find this to be one of the most memorable things you’ll do on your stay in Malaga. It was well worth the cost.
GREAT BIKES and VERY CHEAP PRICES…only paid 40€ for 5 entire days! Great deal if you ask me. The service was great as well, I had a flat the 3nd day so I brought the bike back and the girls at the shop immediately gave me a new one and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Bike Tours & Rentals Malaga! I wish we would stay longer in Malaga, the city is just great to discover it on the bike. And the right bikes you can always find at their shop. cool. Best wishes from Serbia
The City Bike Tour is an easy and simple way to see much of the center of Malaga. The tour guy we had was very friendly and informative and put our safety first. Doing the tour by bike was more relaxing then walking to see the sites. We also did get to leave our luggage there in their shop while we did the tour so that was really helpful since we just came off a cruise ship. If I went to Malaga again, I would MOST DEFINITELY do this tour again. It is well worth the price tag.
Best thing we did in Malaga. This was the best! We did the Malaga bike tour but I think they’d all be good. Brad the leader was great and told us just enough to make it interesting but not boring. The bike riding was amazing. We loved it. We may do the tapas and wine tour tomorrow as today’s city tour was so great and I’d love to ride longer while seeing great things.
I went on the tour in the middle of August, during the Feria de Málaga. I was the only person on the tour, but they did not cancel it because of that. Since it was only me and the guide, it almost felt like cyckling around with a friend that was showing me her city.
The guide was full of knowledge, and presented the city history in a good way. She told me about different periods of the city, lots of different important happenings and when those accured, and also about the effect these happenings had.
She also put in some of her own tips of the city, like what museums to go to, about the restaurants at the beach, -not only tourist tips, but also suggestions for a person that was there not so much as a tourist. Very friendly of the guide.
The bike I had was good. I got to choose between the different bikes they had, and they adjusted it to me. We stopped every here and there to talk, see and have some water (provided by the company). I also had the opportunity to take poicture.
All in all, it is a great way to get to know the city, as you see more than when you walk, and actually also than if you had taken a bus, as the bus is faster and makes you miss stuff, both because of speed but also because of the fact that you can not see all directions. As well, many of the streets in Malaga would not be able to go into by a long bus.
I highly recommend this trip to other visitors, both young, adults and elderly, and to single visitors and groups, and to those interested in history and those only interested in exploring the city
When I visited Malaga I rent a bike at Bike Tours Malaga and I really can recommend it. Reasonable priced for a good quality.
Hey all, just wanted to share my great expierience about biketoursmalaga. We've been for a couple of days in malaga and decided participate in a guided bike tour through Malaga to see all the main things that malaga offer and of course to get to know some backroundstories. And voila. Our decision was one of the best we made. We really enjoyed the tour...and that the whole time. The guide was really trained for that and had some inside tipps for us. So the next days we could use the expierience we made the first day. dat was great. So if you wanna get a tour in malaga for a great price I would highly recommend biketoursmalaga.
Hope we can help your decision ;)
