I met James via a friend by chance and well I am very glad I did, breath of fresh air to dealing with my letting having been with a more established operator (TLS) for many years I am now saving 5% in costs and not only that I receive a better service when maintenance and repairs have to be dealt with all I do is read emails and agree or not what has been sourced by James at Castle on my behalf.

Making the change was a bit daunting and potentially expensive but again James innovation got us over and through that without a hitch also.
