Went to this gym for a couple of days, to be fair I thought it was good price and worth the money;

The Gym in Nottingham has become very disappointing. The staff are rude and often dismissive. When I first joined I was impressed by the location and the overall facilities but these seem to have slowly deteriorated over time. Also, I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the instructors and free classes on offer. My spouse and I were told we would not be allowed in the free weights area due to a class. However, all the mats available were being used by the class, therefore we were no longer to carry out our planned session. When we asked if anymore mats were available, we were told they didnt have anymore.
The gym is ideal if your goal is to simply run on a treadmill for a certain period of time. If you want to add any bodyweight work into your routine, I would avoid the Gym. You will only find yourself let down time after time.
I have seriously started looking for other options in Nottingham, it's ashame as I once thought the Gym was value for money.

its good if you like to run on a treadmill and you never have to wait for long for a machine. atmosphere isnt great but its always clean and tidy. most staff are lovely but there are a few stuck up their own ass but in my experience that is pretty standard for gym staff. not too many cliques but i have been going there a year and havent made any friends whilst working out.

Great gym, inexpensive (only £15.99 a month) and loads of space (even when it gets busy).
Also it's 24-hours which is a huge plus for me being a student!

Love it!!!!!!!!! Great location and great price. Plenty of equipment. Very clean and tidy. Open 24/7 so really handy for shift workers etc.

I really like this gym, absolutely huge, loads of equipment, cheap and open 24 hours, which is good for people like me who have an erratic schedule. Always clean, and never too full.

ok gym but let down by a very small free weight area which could be rectified by removing about four or five treadmills as there are way too many. Also definiately needs at least one more ‘smith rail’ as i have waited up to forty mins to acess and use the one they have. Shower facilities and amount of cardio machines is excellent, would be the perfect gym if they had at least one more ‘smith rail’ and a bit more free weight space.

I joined this gym on the pre-opening offer and it was one of the best things I ever did . I’ve been 100% satisfied with the service and equipment since the day it opened . It opens 24 hours a day , its never too busy and its so clean you could operate in free weight area !

I have been a member of this gym since the day it opened and I am completely satisfied. The place is spotlessly clean, never too busy, always friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. It is open 24 hours a day 363 days a year. There are lots of different machines and weights plus a studio area for floor work. The staff are never in your face but they are always available if anyone asks for help.
