Actually a very nice and incredibly friendly place in the heart of the City Centre.

No food on offer so no score on Wolves Councils “Scores on the doors”.

Incredibly intimidating to anybody not familiar with the pub but has possibly the most welcoming staff and customers of any pub in town, people in there just seem to make friends with anyone that walks in.

Oodles of character as a beautiful building outside and totally unique inside, definitely a truly unique pub which is worth visiting again and again – highly recommended.

Great little place, gets a bit over crowded of a night. Great atmosphere, albeit intimidating before you knock back your first pint!

Rough looking ut actually extremely friendly pub mainly frequented by rockers, goths, alternative folk, etc. A great place to sink a few pints.

For years this pub has always held an air of difference, but it has always maintained it’s rockers and Goth customers. Years ago they use to give out small pots of grey pays and bercan, to those who don’t know that’s an old fashioned Grey peas and bacon! Very often there are a few motorbikes outside the pub during the day and often people will stand outside with a pint chatting. It does look a little intimidating to people walking past and very few new faces venture inside, but I can tell you, if you are ever in need of anything, directions anything at all, the customers and bar staff in this pub are more than willing to offer help and advice and will welcome any new face into to fold more so than many other pubs in Wolverhampton.

Hard Rock/Heavy Metal/Gothic pub. Overall a friendly place although the image can be a bit intimidating. Very dated from outside. A definate must for all rock/goth fans

A fairly unique pub which is a rarity these days. Mostly rock music played in here in a bit of rock setting. Nice beers fairly priced. Recommended! In a good location in the centre of Wolverhampton where lots of other pubs, fast food places and shops are located. Not too far from the Civic and other venues. Its mostly aimed at hard rock, metal and goth orientated folk which is not too common but I like it. The music varies from Sabbath to Soundgarden which agaian is not too common for a pub.

fantastic gothic style pub in wolves ,catering to the rock/metal/goths of the city.open until 3am on fri & sat,1am on thurs.main bar downstairs plays 70’s 80’s & early 90’s classic rock.upstairs goth/industrial/odd stuff on sat,thrash & hardcore on fri. food available during the day as is great jukebox,5 resident dj’s in the evenings ,different themes during the week nights,exceptioally friendly,no dress code-be as daring as you dare! coffin shaped tables, bats & skeletons hanging around as are the occasional ghost!beer excellent quality as are the staff.

on the surface a fairly intimidating looking pub, but get under the surface you’ll find a friendly place with good banter, excellent beer & good value
i’m a fan of rock music so enjoy the sounds here, but don’t be put off by the music as this place has more charm to offer

Well this is an interesting pub! If you are a Goth then you will love it late on weekend nights. 2 Real ales served (Hobgoblin of course) and loud rock music to accompany it! Girls and boys like to dress up to go here. It’s different during the day when you can get a seat and chat.
