Stayed here with family for three nights the week before Xmas, and it didn’t disappoint. Very friendly staff, we were given two adjacent rooms as requested. The rooms were clean, large and well appointed. The hotel is in a quiet location very close to the M27, but we heard no traffic noise. Only lost one star due to having a small choice of food on the menu in the evenings, which was also quite expensive (this hotel has no pub next door like many similar chains), nearest restaurants other than McD and KFC etc are a bit of a drive away. Complementary breakfasts were excellent though! A good place to stay near to both Southampton and Portsmouth, at a great price.
