After the Royal Academy, I always bring
friends here.
This unknown gem is hidden behind the
hustle & bustle of Piccadilly & is a slice
of Morocco in London. The wonderful,
real mint tea, which they top up over &
over, you can sit with for a long time & chill.
The mother ship is the restaurant next door,
which is more expensive, but a dream to
go to as well in the evening.

Perfect Moroccan decor and good service all round. Decent nibbles & snacks to share. Good choice of cocktails and wines. Tea served traditionally and you can also have a go at smoking chicha...Great atmosphere overall.
Personally, I always stop there after a meal in the area for a mint tea & a dessert. I fall every single time for their lemon tart...Must-try! Note you can't go just for a tea before 10pm, you'll have to have something to eat as well.

Nice informal place away from the chaos of Regent Street to get a quiet mint tea of coffee to recover from shopping…

the perfect place for a snack-lunch, if you don’t want to commit yourself to a full-blown meal next door. the atmosphere is great, especially in summer when you can almost imagine being in North Africa.
