VanOne provided an excellent, friendly service for a recent move of household items to Italy. Michael was very polite and patient in answering my many questions and once the move was underway kept me well informed so that I could co-ordinate the reception in Italy. Mariusz, the driver, was exceptionally helpful particularly with the unloading where he did everything to assist my better half transfer from the truck to the 2nd floor (with lift!) apartment. They took good care of the load and restored my faith - you can get value for money, budget price for a fantastic job. Highly recommended and will use them again.Thanks and kind regards, Colin.

I wanted to email you to say thank you for a fantastic service.  We moved from East Yorkshire to France at the end of march, and we're so impressed with the  service we recieved.  The price you quoted was great, and the removal itself went so smoothly.  Every single one of our possessions arrived in the same condition it left in.   The driver knew exactly what he was doing and was an incredible help.  He arrived when he said he would, and when we arrived at our new house in France he was already there and waiting.

So, just an enormous thank you, and well done all round.  We will definitely be recommending your company, and using you in future should we need to.  We're very grateful to you for making our move a far more pleasant experience than we'd anticipated!

European Removals VanOne moved our belongings from the UK to Munich in March 2013. From the outset, Michael was very helpful and provided all of the information that I asked for almost immediately. Our belongings were collected on a Monday, although we had originally agreed that they would be picked up on the Tuesday, and delivered on the Wednesday evening. The reasonable cost, quick turn-around and professional service (everything arrived undamaged) put this removal firm above those which deliver when it suits them and for substantially more! My thanks to Michael and his driver, Marius, for a great service.

We asked for a removal service from London to Frankfurt. Michael, the person whom we had contact throughout, was very professional and polite and we appreciated that he accepted our last minite confirmation of the removal date. We thought that the quotation was much more realistic/reasonable and trusted compared to other removal companies, and Michael explained every possible cost that may incur. Although we wished we were informed about the delay of arrival time in Frankfurt a little bit earlier, Michael was incredibly responsive to our calls and that was very helpful. Highly recommended and we would use Vanone again for sure. Thank you for the smooth service!

Review of European Removals from 19 February 2013
I got European Removals to take my stuff from Bristol over to Dublin last week and have to say they did everything I expected of a top removal company. Turned up on time, friendly driver who knew what he was doing, no fuss while we loaded everything into the van and he even helped take our stuff out of the van and into the new flat in Dublin. 

At just under 800 quid it came in a good bit cheaper than other quotes we got and I have to say, I think we got a great deal. If I'm ever going to move back to the UK or somewhere else I'll be looking at these guys again. Cheers.

I moved from London to Prague with European Relocations in this month and would like to recommend them to those looking for good and cheap European removals. I paid £995 for 700 cubic feet van loaded with furniture and boxes. The driver helped me to bring all the goods from the second floor to the van, load and unload. The customer services man called Michael is polite, helpful and always available when I needed him.

We recently moved from Edinburgh to Vienna using Vanone.

We recently mover from Edinburgh to Vienna using Vanone.

The price seemed reasonable so we decided to us them.

Once we had our delivery we soon discovered several of our items were damaged, broken and beyond repair.

We asked Michael if we could make a claim but his response was that he was not interested in listening to our concerns questioning the authenticity of our concerns so he demanded proof. We sent photos but he refused saying his undisclosed insurer was not going to compensate as there was no witness that the damage occurred during transportation.

He refused to give us the name of the insurer although it was supposedly our insurance as paying customers.

Michael is a great talker and initially sounds genuine and interested in giving a high standard of service. However, he is not interested if /when the service delivery is poor or if you disagree with anything. We will report him to the Trading Standards and ask them to investigate his poor after service and insurance policy.

    We are sorry that you are not happy with Michael’s response to your complaint. All services provided by us are fully insured for Goods in Transit so if due to our negligence or accident on the road your property gets damaged you automatically qualify for compensation. Customer Service Team

    VanOne source out the work to the cheapest bidder. What you get is a random man and a van who is ‘just doing a delivery’ order for a low price. Hence you get a potentially poor duty of care and subsequent damage to goods.

    VanOne’s attitude was to ignore our concerns its only now on a public website that Michael realises the potential damage to his credibility and business ignoring customers can cause.

We relocated to Wels in Austria from Ham, Surrey & used European Removals. Michael was incredibly polite, efficient & helpful. When he said he would do something, he did it straight away. I also have to say that the removal team was superb, especially Tomak who is very empathetic, thoughtful & professional. The driver actually arrived earlier than scheduled.

I will definitely recommend them.

My contact partner was Michael: very helpful, polite and professional. The price was also the best from all the quotes I received from different companies. I used VanOne for a move from Zurich to London. The service was excellent value for money. I requested quotes from several relocation agencies and VanOne was not only the cheapest and the fastest to get back me, but the most thorough. I appreciated that their quote included estimates for different amounts of stuff, so I could decide how much I wanted to ship and how much to throw away. Scheduling was also easy and the Saturday pick-up and Sunday delivery fitted perfectly with my plans. I agree with the reviews below that Michael is incredibly responsive - does he ever sleep? A bit more guidance around customs paperwork would have been helpful, but all in all, good, convenient service at very reasonable prices.

We moved from London to Zurich and everything went according to plan, we had to have 3 vans to deliver our stuff and a few really heavy stuff. The only thing we had to do was unpack on the other side.
Highly recommend this service.

Also during the removal day on Sunday the phone was always answered. Michael is very good in managing your expectation and on clarifying clearly what the service will deliver so no surprises.

Hi, I found them on Google search; send them a message, met with their customer service man called Michael and booked removal to Berlin. They delivered all of my stuff yesterday. Everything went as promised. I recommend them to anybody wanting to move to Europe cheaply. John
