The Highlander is a beautiful pub full of atmosphere and the food is delicious. I have been here on several occasions and each time the food has been outstanding. I will be back again....

Great pub serving fab food (which is more often than not too cheap and you don't get chance to say that much nowadays!) Eric and Charlotte have created a relaxed, friendly, classy, welcoming pub which looks good, feels even better and serves great, honest food. Best pub in Hitchin!
