Trustworthy, reliable and have a great attention to detail. They are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

When I looked at renting our holiday home in Pevensey I needed a good reliable and trustworthy cleaning company. A bit of research and I came upon Five Star Cleaning Services and I am so pleased I did. As soon as I met Sam I knew I had found a gem. Sam and her team very work hard ensuring that the place is spic and span for the guests, look after changeovers and are extremely flexible if I get a late booking in never failing to oblige. The first comment I get from guests is how lovely and clean the accommodation was and I would have no hesitation in recommending Five Star Cleaning Services. Thanks Sam and the team – without doubt the most friendly and professional cleaning company I have ever dealt with.

Five Star Cleaning Services have been by far the best, most polite and customer friendly company i have used. They remind me of the time i spent in the U.S where customer services and quality of service is outstanding!
I would certainly reccomend this company to any prospective individual or company requring a tailor made, proffessional, quality and good value service.
So well done to Tracy, Sam and all their cleaning team.

We have been using Five Star Cleaning every fortnight for about six months and have nothing but praise for them. The standard of cleaning that they carry out is truly first class and at a very reasonable price. Sam and her team have often had to show flexibility when we have needed to change the cleaning day at short notice and have proved time and time again that nothing is too much trouble. It is a pleasure dealing with them and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The name of the company sets a high expectation and importantly, Sam and her team deliver on it! The standard of cleaning is very good and provided by a professional, well trained and courteous team. They work fast, effectively, with noticeable pride in their work and delighting their clients.
My house had just had over three months of building and renovation work when Sam took on my instruction for a weekly clean. They were not phased by the work and quickly brought the house back to normal. It is now about 8 weeks since they started visiting for a weekly clean and everytime, their enthusiasm to make the house “sparkle” continues strong as does my intention to keep their excellent service. I have also been pleased with the ironing service and intend using the carpet cleaning in due course.
I highly recommend 5* Cleaning, Sam and her team to anyone who is demanding in the standard of cleaning for their home and wants it done in a reliable, professional and friendly manner.

after breaking my leg with 3 children i found it very difficult to keep my house clean ,i phoned 5 star services and sam was a god send my house had never been so clean i now use them on a weekly basis thank you so much for making my life a breeze.

I called Five Star when I broke my foot and couldn’t do much in the house at all. Sam and her team were brilliant and very kind. I’m better now, but still having a weekly clean because Five Star provide a reliable, quick, thorough and professional service.

I would like to recommend Five Star, the name gives it away, they really are 5* .We use them for all our buisiness cleans at Waterside Properties and I also now use then to clean my home. It is wonderful to come home to find everything perfect and a brilliant job done. They always do an excellent job and I know both at home, and business, I can depend on them, no matter how urgently we need their sevices even at very short notice. They are a joy to work with and I would never use any other cleaning company now, having tried many in the past. I wish them lots of success with the business. Good Luck.
