Carlton Airport Hotel

This hotel is located right next to the airport. Free parking and a shuttle transfer to the airport is included in the room price.

The hotel is marked as a four star hotel, I would rate it as a good 3 star hotel. The room itself and the service at the reception was excellent. The room had no minibar, though. The WiFi didn't work for me and I didn't bother to try the cable broadband, judging from the short guide provided, Internet access seems not to be included anyway.

A double room is at 120EUR including breakfast. All in all a good hotel for an Airport Hotel.

This is one of the better airport hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The rooms are large in size, the bathrooms very spacious and the beds so comfortable. The hotel is also only 4 minutes away from the airport - which you may say is the point, but often airport hotels can prove tricky in terms of road access to the airport. Service here has always been top class and I’ve stayed here 4 times. This hotel has an extra-special something in its sky restaurant. The food here I swear is haute cuisine and the views over Dublin make you feel you are in a 5 star establishment and not an airport hotel. I consider this a find in Dublin.
