I booked a pedicure on their Valentine’s offer, which I eventually ended up paying the full amount for the treatment, as the girl at the desk couldn’t speak English enough to understand the offer. The therapist was nice and polite, however when performing the pedicure she cut my toe with the scissors. Resulting in the rest of the treatment being sore and painful.
I called to rectify the payment issue, to start with the so called manager wasn’t knowledgeable of there pricing structure and dates of their offers which resulted in her having to call me back twice. As for my now swollen toe, she was reluctant to help, however eventually advised that if I wanted to do anything about it I have to attend the salon, show my toe and file a official written complaint. Isn’t showing my cut toe enough?!
This place lacks any customer service and is expensive for mediocre results

You had a Pedicure on 19th Feb 12, and our Valentine offer expired on 15th Feb 12. This is the reason you did not get the discount on that day. On 20th Feb 12 we refunded you £8 as our Valentine offer as a gesture of good will.
The therapist has made a note to say, that she had to cut the rough skin off the toe which resulted the soreness and we are very sorry
i love this place,i go there for my regular waxing hollywood and eyebrow shape, sobia does a great thread and anna is very ac
curate with bikini waxing, i must say im not the easiest of clients(!)
have also had a few session of caci with jenna, it really does work. if you are looking for methods of non surgical face lifts go there!! they know their stuff!!
also go to the hammersmith butysalon as its close to my office and i sometimes see carolina or erika both excellent therapist.
very speedy with waxing (just what you need when your in pain) but they do a very good job.
i agree with the dodgy music!

Been here twice now and had very good treatments, they send great money off vouchers which are well worth it as the treatments aren’t cheap. Rooms could do with a bit of an update as it seems like a pretty big place and I would love it to feel more spa like and not sure about the dodgy music but none of this took away from my lovely treatment.
