We contacted Victoria Knight after they were recommended by a friend who uses them to rent his own properties. At first we thought it would take a little longer for them to arrange viewings as our property is in South Woodford and they are based in Stratford, but they managed to arrange viewings after a day of instructing them. Esh was the original person who valued our property and as we were renting our own house out, we asked him to find certain types of tenants (working full time, family etc). He listened to exactly what we wanted and every tenant they showed the property to matched our criteria. We were given feedback after every viewing and Sam managed to secure a tenant after just a week of having the property on the market. Overall we had a great experience with Victoria Knight and they will be my agent of choice every time.

This is the best renting experience I've had so far. From when I originally viewed the house until moving out/getting my deposit back everything ran smoothly. I never dealt with the Landlord as Victoria Knight managed the property. If there was ever a maintenance problem, I never had to take a day off work as they would arrange access for the maintenance guys to get access using their spare key. Both Sam and Esh have been great and a pleasure to deal with. They were also very helpful with all contract-related questions. No problem with getting my deposit back from the Landlord either, like I had at my last property which was managed by another Agent. Thanks for all your help!

After having visited around 10 Estate Agents in Stratford when we were looking for a property to rent with no luck, we decided to try 1 more and went into the Victoria Knight office. We were seen to by Leanne and were very impressed with her customer service. She dealt with us promptly and made us feel at ease. Leanne arranged around 3 appointments for us with her colleague Sam and fortunately for us, they had the keys to hand for all of the properties so he took us out right away. Unlike the other agents, we were not rushed at the properties which made us feel comfortable and valued during the viewing. We decided to rent the first property we saw and since signing for it both Leanne and Sam responded quickly to any questions we had. Leanne and Sam presented a good image for Victoria Knight who we would definitely use in the future.

After I found the property I was interested in on Victoria Knights website I made an online appointment request. I received immediate response from Esh and we scheduled a viewing that evening. He was very professional on the viewing and was nice enough to give me and my flatmate space to discuss our impressions of the flat privately. He wasn't pushy nor rude which a lot of agents are at the moment. Considering it was the first property we had seen, It completely fit our requirements so we decided to take it. When Esh took us back to the office we made an offer just below the asking price and he called the Landlord right away and luckily for us, the Landlord accepted. Before he took a deposit from us, we received detailed and clear break down of all the costs - there was no hidden fees (unlike others). He also explained the contract terms thoroughly and informed us of all documentation that was required from our side. From the moment we placed the deposit to the day of move in (approximately 2 weeks), Esh was constantly in touch with us giving updates on how our credit checks went, confirmed that he had received our employers and landlord references and even told phoned us to let us know the property had been professionally cleaned. We have rented quite a few properties and never received a service as good as his. We are both really impressed with the service that we have received from Esh and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victoria Knight to anyone looking to rent.

The experience I had with Victoria Knight has been fantastic. I originally met Ash when he came to value the letting amount for my house. Ash is always friendly, patient and polite as are the rest of the staff iv dealt with at the agency. Ash is very easy to get on with and is always happy to help with any problems that I may have. I will definitelt stay with Victoria Knight as I don't believe anyone else could do a better job.

We are very happy with our flat. Mudasser was helpful from start to finish. What we most liked about him was the fact that he would show us properties out of working hours, which was very helpful for us as my wife and I both finish work late. In general, all the staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. All of our questions were answered in a friendly and fast manner. We highly recommend the agency to other people who are trying to get a suitable place to rent in East London.

We have used these guys before, as has my brother. They have always put 100% into it and after my previous experiences where they out performed the competition I had no hesitation appointing them this time. We wanted to rent our house quickly but at a good price. Despite being a week or so before Christmas when the market was quiet, boom, they found us a great tenant, carried out all necessary references and set up a meeting for us to meet then tenants. These guys delivered and had tenants for us when we needed them.

When our tenancy ended Sam was very helpful and explained the procedure in how to get my deposit back from the Landlord. Ontop of that, they organised cleaners for me when I moved out which no other agent has done in the past. Great company.

I would recommend Victoria Knight to anyone. Both Mudassar and Sam were highly professional and very responsive to every request that I had. All of my phone calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company again if I search for another propety in this area in the future.

We were drawn to Victoria Knight by the great feedback we heard from family members and up until now we've been impressed with their service. They were very efficient in finding us tenants for our property and we were updated every step of the way.

One thing I liked about them is that they set up a meeting for me and my wife to meet the tenants which no other agent has done for us before. We mainly deal with Belinda who we both find very professional and still deal with her to this day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victoria Knight.

I viewed alot of properties with other Estate Agents before I viewed with Victoria Knight. Most of the Estate Agents only showed me 1-2 properties each, and the majority of those were bad quality. Sam at Victoria Knight however, showed me around 6 or 7 properties and they were all decent properties. I've now been renting a property from Victoria Knight for around 3 months and I would definitely recommend this company.

Great company!! I was recommended to use them by a family member . Although the property they rented for me is in Romford, they managed to get me a higher rent than what the romford agents were offering me and they gave me great advice on refurbishing my flat which saved me money. I also get on really well with the tenants they put into my flat. I'm very happy.

Sam has helped me and my girlfriend out a lot during the whole process of renting the property. I rented flat through other agency but on the day I suppose to move in they tell me I cant hav nomore because landlord change his mind. Viktoria Knight rent me another flat same day. If i did not find flat maybe i live on the street. Viktoria Knight help me alot and they good company.
