I've been with C Goumal and co for over fifteen years,They provide very high standards,and first class service from Steve who handles my accounts.
what you pay for is what you get,I'd rather pay more and get better service,then pay less and get poor service.
anyone with common sense would ask how much will you charge before they start any work,no point complaining when they have finished the work.
if I was selling an house I'd have done most of it through a good lawyer,and they're not cheap as everyone knows.
when I deal with any company,I explain to them what I need to be done,and explain my budget as if they do any work that you never asked for you don't have to pay.

I went to them with a massive back log of furnished lettings and tax returns overdue.

I went in a had an appointment with them to which we agreed the best way to sort out my problems and when the issue of fees came to conversation, we agreed a fair price for the amount of work that had to be completed and also in the little time that was left until the deadline.

The staff are very helpful and have a lot of time for me as a client if I have any other financial concerns.

I would reccomend them to anyone that wants a high quality of service with the 1 on 1 personal help as well.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company.

They are a family business who we met with to help sort out a transfer of ownership on a property in Ealing.

They were lovely in person, however when we received their fees, we were set aback - £1490 for one set of accounts which our previous account managed to do yearly for less than £500.

Even by London standards, they are extremely expensive and their pricing structure is disproportionate. When we appealed against these high fees, we were politely told to 'pay up or expect legal action'.

What rude people. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
