I had been with my local salon for 5 years, and did not really want to change, however this salon was only 5 minutes from where i live, and could see that they had a really good promotion on at the time. I popped in to see when they can book me in. The first question they asked was "have you been before". I was quite weary of them asking me this, however as soon as i said No this was my first appointment, they could not do enough for me. They made sure they could fit me in at a time that was convenient for me, and was extremely friendly. When attending my appointment, i was 10 minutes early. I could see that there were a few people in at the time, and thought i would have to wait a long time to be seen, which would not have been great, as i needed to get home to pick up my boy from school. Within 5 minutes of me sitting down they called me over. The Staff were extremely helpful, and made me laugh through out. I can honestly say that the quality of the service and the friendliness of the place, means i will defiantly re book. Well done guys great service. They even offered me coffee, but only like shorts and did not serve alcohol LOL!!!!!

Its not often in life that you feel relaxed in a new place full of people you dont no.
That was my major worry about changing salons...
I say was because believe me from the moment I walked in the door I was treated like royalty..Just call me kate..The staff were polite and friendly extremely proffesional .
This is now my pemanant salon,highly recommended
