This place does scrummy cakes and pastries. Konditor is German for cook (with an accent on pastry).

The quality of the products is below par considering it is supposed to be a specialty bakery. I would expect better quality ingredients and better workmanship. I wouldn’t spent my money here again.

Love this place -- especially the cakes! Wonderful place for a cup of tea and some cakes. A nice place to hang out with friends and even just to chill out.

I'm in agreement with everyone else, a great little place. Their brownie range is close to perfect.

I love their little square Magic Cakes that you can have messages iced onto. Did this for a friends birthday with a letter on each mini cake, expensive but it made sure that everyone got the same size piece so no fighting!

My favourite cake shop ever, the lemon chifon cake is divine and I’m quite tempted to jump on a train to London just to have some. It is expensive, but if you want a treat cake it is worth splashing out on.

Great cake and biscuit shop; they have so many cute and unique cacke and biscuit designs - especially for the holidays. A great place to pop in and get a hot chocolate on those cold winter’s days, or to stock up on Christmas gifts/birthday presents.
Really love stopping by to look at their sparkly cakes.

It’s true - this is probably the best cake shop in the world. I don’t even have a sweet tooth but I’m salivating at the thought of their Brownies. The coffee is really good too.
I’ve ordered birthday cakes here in the past - they come beautifully iced, often in a whimsical style ideal for little girls or elderly mothers. But just as importantly they are absolutely delicious, which is rarely the case with caterers’ cakes.
I am so glad I no longer work at London Bridge as my Konditor & Cook habit made a serious dent in my wage packet.

What a fantastic bakery! This is, without doubt, the best bakery in London! They sell their cakes by the slice and by the whole cake too - prices can be found on their website. The curly whirly cake is just amazing! They also sell a small amount of confectionary in this branch which is just outside Borough Market and well worth the detour. During the winter months they have a street vendor standing right outside the shop who sells hot chocolate. Now, it may not be the cheapest hot chocolate in the world, but it certainly is the best - think thick, sticky, hot drinking chocolate…..simply amazing!

It’s funny, throughout Borough Market you get stall after stall selling “The best brownies in the world” when the actual best brownie in the world is being sold in a little shop on the edge of the market instead.

Yummmm!
A gorgeous little bakery tucked down a side street opposite Waterloo station.
Great for takeaway lunches, they have a different hot lunch everyday - risotto, beef stew, chicken curry etc - filled baked potatoes, sandwiches, unusual fresh salads and pizza slices.
If you have a sweet tooth you’ll notice that the windows are packed with yummy treats. I’d recommend the Boston Brownies (I think that’s what they’re called) which are chocolate brownies with cherries.
My only negative comment is that its almost a victim of it’s own success. It’s a tiny little place and unfortunately it’s always very crowded around lunchtime, not that you should let that put you off though!

The finest cakes around! This little gem has such delicious and unusual selections, you would expect as much being located on the edge of Borough Market and this place doesn’t disappoint.
Also great for picking up a whole cake for a celebration, much better than some mass produced cake from the supermarket. Check out their curly-wurly cake, oh and the ginger cake is lovely too. Oh and the carrot and pineapple loaf cake. And the coconut and raspberry traybake. And the chocolate slices.
I really want some cake now!

Modern café with its own bakery near London Bridge. They do cakes, sandwiches, saladsand pastries, but you come here for the cakes. They do ake decorations you´ve never seen before in your life.. Its all hand made, they use free-range eggs and real butter. You can also book your personal cake for birthdays and weddings. You will be able to sit outside, watch London life and taste the best cakes ever.
