HBC is 100% Scam company and only want to cheet people in young age and with new driving licence because they hardly will find company to hire for new and young drivers so they using this chance to rip off your money I lost my 500 pound deposit and they lied about my mileage so Don't TRUST I personally I'm suing them in court and I hope I get my money back .

DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS HBC CAR RENTAL COMPANY...THEY GIVE YOU CATEGORY D DAMAGED CARS WHICH ARE FAULTY AND TRY BLAMING YOU FOR DAMAGE DONE TO THE CAR AND TRY TAKING YOUR DEPOSIT. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, IT IS A FRAUD. AVOID

Hbc car rental is a fraud company there have trackers in the cars and there break a part of the car on the last day fraud company and there take the piss out of your deposit don't trust them

Having never hired a car before I scoured the internet, and local car hire companies in my local area for the best deal. My partner has hired cars and vans previously, but this time it was up to me to find the vehicle that we needed.

We needed to hire a 7-seater car that we could use to take me, my partner, my mum, two brothers and nephew to Central London and North West London for a weekend away. Thanks to HBC car rental for their complete service package and made our trip enjoyable. Appalling customer service from HBC car hire. hbcrentals(dot)co(dot)uk

Terrible service – fraudulent. Have continued to hold on to our full £300 deposit for a tiny dent that wasn’t there when we delivered the van. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very bad customer service. The windscreen wipers have broken the last two times I have hired from them when it has been heavy rain. The last time was on the motorway and when I replaced them out of my own pocket they refused to reimburse me. Never using these guys again so I would recommend that you avoid them.
