I've never been kept waiting even when we've arrived a bit early, I've called for advice a couple of times and it has never seemed like any trouble and I've never felt rushed while visiting. What I really like is the friendly atmosphere, they really do have the personal touch so you never feel like 'just another customer'.
Wherever you go vet fees are likely to be pricey but that's part of taking on a pet and I feel that Animac fees are very reasonable, also their preventative healthcare plans are a really good price, the one I have for my kitten is less than half what I used to pay with my last cat at another vets!
Overall 10/10, highly recommended by us :)
Best vet in Edinburgh, trust them with my life or should I say, our dogs life!
