Wall to Wall 5 Star. The whole family loved it to bits.

I see standards have not changed - the place was abysmal when we stayed there in 2009. Very dirty villas, the one set of bedding and the one bathroom mat we were left with were not fit for anything, sofas filthy (dared to look under cushions and wished we hadn't), carpets threadbare, stained and cut up to fit patchwork fashion - but not quite to edge of breezeblock walls. Bathroom smelt strongly of old urine. Kitchen equipment and table and chairs dirty with food from previous occupants. Bedrooms had old contact lenses, cotton buds and tissues from previous occupants. When we complained about the condition we were told 'well - we were staying in the cheaper villas' £750 per week not considered cheap by us.

Such a shame, because Holywell Bay and surrounding area is beautiful but holiday definitely spoilt by this accommodation.

The owners should be ashamed - people save hard for their annual holidays.

If you have kids you cannot let them on any of the grassed areas as the owners do not seem to care about the vermin problem. It stinks walking past the football area and the childrens play area is not fit to use due to it being coated with Rabbit droppings.

You have to make the beds up yourself, pay for electric and the place reminds me of a prison cell as its painted breeze block internal walls.

Very poor considering the overpriced rates! Never seen the owners as they must know people will complain about the very low standards. The local 2 pubs serve poor and over priced food. The one next to the camp site serves cheap french fries instead of proper chips, not on at £10 for fish and chips.

Beds are very soft and I am going to drive home overnight to avoid another crippling night on the small double bed.

Games rooms a joke along with the slow internet, and no phone signal either.

Best bets to go and spend your money elsewhere.
