I stayed across the street at the Hilton last week. This is one of my favorite areas in London to stay its great for walking around in the evening and its full of pubs. The food at the Pride of Paddington is very reasonably priced and they have a huge selection. The menu is on the wall, figure out what you want and order at the bar, get a pint and find a spot to enjoy your meal. The service is good, the food is great and its a nice place to spend an evening in London.

Like Paddington its self this is what makes the area good traditional pub.

The Pride of Paddington serve a selection of drinks and a variety of traditional bar food. They provide a range of entertainment including Sky TV and fruit machines. They have karaoke on Sundays and occasionally have live music.
