I booked Clean N Gone for spring cleaning last year and I plan to do it again this year as they provide good service. The cleaning team come on time and started working immediately so they end up really soon and at first I thought they have neglected their work but I checked everywhere on my apartment and honestly, I find not a single place to complain about. I insist on having good service for my money so I will use Clean N Gone again!

Terrible service. End of tenancy clean was determined not professional standard by an independent inventory report service. The report clearly states that the flat is dusty in places, the blinds were not cleaned and that the shower and some other areas require further cleaning. They have classified the flat as not having been cleaned to a professional standard. No refund was available, re-clean offered but the tenant is already in situ and has already cleaned the property himself. Do not pay these people and expect a professional deep clean!

the booking was pretty easy,  the people on the phone were friendly and gave me good advices after i tol them about the state of my house. there was a bit misunderstanding with my address but it was arranged in no time and the cleaning services were remarkable. clean n gone were thorough and detailed in the cleaning.

Used services of clean n gone several times, think they are pretty good at what they do, I had some really bad stains on my carpets which they gee rid of, i can recommend them as a good cleaning company

I was really impressed with the services of Clean N Gone which I use for my end of tenancy cleaning. Actually after I saw the bathroom I realised it now looked way better than when I get the apartment. We arranged everything on the phone and it went smoothly so thumbs up!

Not really a good service.

I booked a team to come clean my elderly mothers home, I notified them that a ‘deep cleaning’ must be done, most cleaning services understand that a ‘deep cleaning’ means a detailed and rigorous clean.
They sent me a team of two people (1 woman and 1 man), after 1hour the woman told me that she could not do the requested service as she was pregnant and the cleaning was causing her to get ill she then did not want to do any of the cleaning at all, not even aiding with the steam cleaning of the carpets and left, leaving just the man to do just one quarter of the requested job.
When sending teams to do a deep cleaning service I would have thought from a company perspective it would NOT be a good idea to send pregnant women who are susceptible or reactive to the process of a deep clean.

In anycase, we got another company to do the job and it was done perfectly.

I would generally avoid this company for deep cleaning services, especially if they continue to hire people who are sensitive to the allergens released during a deep clean service.

I chose Clean n gone for my End of Tenancy clean because, ironically, they were not the cheapest quote and I hoped that would be reflected in the service quality; I was disappointed. 

Things seemed to be going ok when they asked me to check the cleaning shortly before mopping the floors on the way out. Unfortunately they failed to clean the bathroom floor and did a poor job of the rest - and left hurriedly without waiting for me to check it. As they left, I asked regarding the whereabouts of some missing items (the bathroom plug, and some drain unblocker fluid I had planned to use), and was told they had been thrown away and I would have to fish them out of the bin myself if I wanted them. 

My main concern is the appalling way in which these issues were dealt with.
I phoned the head office when I saw the state of the floors. Several hours later, they called back to tell me I would have to provide photographic evidence before they would even consider fixing this. Then they ignored my phone calls and emails, before eventually the next afternoon, more than 24 hrs after my complaint, admitting that they had indeed failed to finish the cleaning job based on my photos - however they refused to put it right or to refund any money (cleverly they had at the last minute demanded payment in advance, which makes me feel this is not the first time they have reneged on a contract).  I had to fish my property out of the bin, buy more cleaning materials (as my own had been taken by the removals van) and clean the flat myself - after already forking out £165 for this. All very disappointing!
