I was politely asked to leave a review via email from Gas Cooker Installers about the service I had received. Outstanding, the engineer was focused and got straight to work, took 20 minutes or less to install my gas cooker and he cleaned up after him, including taking the packaging for the cooker to the bin. Quality service and great customer service I received, thank you.

I have had my cooker for over 3 years now so I thought it would be time to have it serviced to ensure it was safe and still fully operational. The admin team are great at their job, I received polite and patient telephone manner, when the engineer arrived for the job he confirmed his identity for me to reassure me of his legitimacy and he went on to do the service for me. Everything seems to be in order, the engineer confirmed my cooker was clean, well maintained and safe to use, all the things I wanted to hear. Thanks.

My partner called me and told me everything went okay and the certificate has arrived on time, I am very pleased as I recommended them after being recommended to use them and they provided with a great service. My range cooker is enormous and very heavy, luckily I live on the ground floor. Thanks to the engineer for the installation he done a great job and he was very polite also, I would recommend your services to anyone should they need them :)

I called 4 times to ask about my gas certificate being sent out. It had been 5 days and I still did not receive it, after 3 days of calling I finally got to speak to the supervisor who advised it would be sent out by the end of the day. He called me back in the evening to confirm it had been sent out and I got it the next day. Your service was perfect, no problem whatsoever but my certificate which is why I required the service was, sent far too late and I should not have to call more than a maximum of 2 maybe 3 times before I get an answer.

You would not believe how hard it is to get what you want from a cooker company. Iv been through countless in my old phone book and even asked my mother for advice but they all are slap dash or just hearing their attitude towards me made me feel like I couldn't trust them. At the weekend while im just enjoying my day off, I come across Gas Cooker Installers on Google. I gave them a ring and told them my situation and it must have taken about 6 minutes maximum and I was booked in, they had all the details they needed and I was satisfied. After hanging up, I smiled thinking of how easy it was and put the contact details in my phonebook. Moral of the story is, this is a great, professional company with a great response time. Thank you.

I had my hob installed by these guys a few days ago, the engineer was great, he showed his ID upon arrival, he explained the procedures before carrying them out so I was aware of what was happening anf he installed the hob. I have used it a few times since and have had not 1 problem so far. Thanks for the installation.

My cooker came without a safety chain and obviously I need one for health and safety reasons. So I called Beko requesting a chaina nd they told me it would take 5-7 days to get to me, so I called gas cooker installers as I needed an installation so I also asked them about a chain and they said they could do both for me. The chain was cheap and they could do it the next day, perfect! Thanks for your help guys.

I recently bought a new range cooker from Stoves, gorgeous and silver. It was a night mare getting up to my apartment on 3rd floor but I had help from my son and his friend. I phoned up gas cooker installers as soon as I got home to find out when I'd be able to get it installed and they had me booked in for the next day before midday, very happy. They have a great telephone team and they maintain a professional manner as well as polite when dealing with me. The engineer came and installed my cooker within 20 minutes and he was done, no mess, no trouble. Thank you very much.

Took me forever to find a company that would install my hob for me the next day, I finally got to gas cooker installers, they didn't even hesitate. Next day booked in, payed for once the service is completed and they are qualified. Brilliant company.
