I have used this company previously with no hassle, unfortunately this time was not as good. The engineer came half an hour late and the certificate came a day late also! I was surprised, although the supervisor called me and apologized on the company's behalf explaining that the previous job before me took a little longer than anticipated which is understandable. Thank you for my service, hopefully next time will be a bit more on point.

I requested a CP12 from Gas Safety Landlords and their response was almost instantaneous. I was booked in and confirmed within maybe 10 minutes and I was told a rough time, the day of the appointment the engineer arrived on time, on the dot literally and he was prepared. I let him in to do the certificate, once I had finished eating, I made a cup of tea and took my first sip and he was done. Thank you for your service and treating me with the utmost respect at the time. Thanks lads!

After reading nearly everywhere about all the deaths due to gas and the "silent killer" carbon monoxide, getting a gas safety check was the smartest thing to do. What a reliable company, I was so content when you guys called me to remind me my annual gas safety certificate was due an update before it runs out. Had 6 properties that required gas safety certificates and within all properties, in total, there was 16 Gas appliances. You guys were punctual, professional and very fast, completing all jobs within 48 hours and getting all certificates to me within 48 hours also. Thanks a lot.

Urgently needed a Gas Certificate for my property before my tenants moved in. They had it done quickly and efficiently, my worries were washed away as soon as I spoke to someone from the admin team and they reassured me they were professionally punctual and that if any delays would occur, I would be immediately notified. Brilliant!
