360 Solar PV

I called this company to get a quote on my property in Morden as they were local, and they could not have been more unprofessional.  As I've been looking into getting this done for some time I've been looking into the subject a great deal so I've got some knowledge under my belt already - it's a pity the 'expert' from 360 Solvar PV didn't. He seemed to spend the whole time trying to tell me I should have extensive building work done to accomodate the panels, and I only discovered afterwards that lo and behold they also have building company!!

When I asked him about how the system would work he ummed and ah'd and generally didn't have a clue what he was on about, and couldn't even give me a basic costing.

When I said I'm going to leave it, because I was flabbergasted at the nonsense he came out with he said 'Well if you don't want to go ahead with a quote then I will have to charge you for my visit today which will cost you £200 for 'professional advice' !! I nearly collsapsed with shock! I told him to get ouff my property immediately and if he wantd £200 he would have to take me to court!

I would not hesistate to say STEER CLEAR of this sham company - they don't know what they are talking about and they will rip you off given half a chance, it wouldn't surprise me if they appear in Watchdog soon!
