I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting hair extensions to use Carl Gambrell’s service.  He is extremely professional and listens to what you want, whilst at the same time giving you his expert advice.  After years of bad hair dressers, now I’ve found Carl, I won’t be letting anyone else near my hair.

I have always wanted long hair, ever since I was in my teens, but with my very fine hair I could never get it to grow long, and when it did grow longer it would look scraggly and even thinner than when it was short. So, I started investigating hair extensions. After doing a lot of research online, and seeing a huge variety of options for extensions and pricing I was unsure where to go. Then I came across Carl’s website, and he had such excellent reviews, and such good value for money, I decide to take the plunge. Carl did an excellent job of explaining the process of extensions, and the fitting itself went smoothly. It is now a few weeks later and my extensions still look great. I am delighted overall and can’t imagine having short hair again!

I found Carl through a Google search as I was going to a wedding in Manchester and did not know the area.  I emailed him explaining what I wanted which was a 1950's beehive inspired up-do. Carl's customer service was excellent, he is very well-priced and the final result was AMAZING!! :D I had sooooooo many compliments on my hair at the wedding and I felt very glam! Carl put my hair up for me at 10:30am and it was still perfecting holding at gone midnight. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Carl :)

Carl has been doing my hair (cut and foils) for over a year now, and I couldn't imagine getting another hairdresser. My style was quite complex and other (more expensive) salon hairdressers had made a complete mess of it in the past, so it's great to have someone that knows what they're doing! I love having Carl round, it's like seeing a friend - with the bonus of an excellent hair cut!

I chose Carl because he was at least half the price of everyone else I'd look at. He was brilliant, advised the best type of hair, best way to attach, & offered free aftercare products. Would recommend to my friends.

Carl did a full head of cold fusion hair extensions for me about 3 weeks ago and has done a fantastic job. You can't see any of the bonds, the hair is of the highest quality and to be perfectly honest Carl is fantastic! He took his time, made sure each and every single bond was perfect which has definitely paid off!

I would 100% ask Carl to come back to do my hair, he is trustworthy, reliable and professional.

I cannot recommend Carl highly enough. He is a talented, intuitive and creative styling professional. He gives great advice without the hard sell for expensive products, which is really refreshing. He works efficiently and has a quiet but pleasant manner, which is so hard to find! I wouldn't consider going with anyone else now!

I asked carl to cut my very very grown out fringe back in, being wary as i hadn't been happy when previous hairdressers had done the job. i had nothing to worry about with carl though  as he did a great job and did exactly what i asked. Love my hair now!
