really happy with my appointment at saks, I wanted a change but was unsure of exactly how I wanted it, I was advised and also the hairdresser sat down and looked through some ahri magazines with me to get exactly what I wanted, really impressed

Saks leamington spa i had my hair cut & blowdry  by kristi, i wasn't sure what i wanted to do with my hair, kristi sat me down and gave me really good advice, told me what would and wouldnt suit my hair type and face, really pleased with end results, have booked my follow up appointment already

just returned from having lovely manicure and facial at Saks,it was a Christmas treat from my daughter and her family that l nearly forgot to book so it was left till the last minute,lady l spoke to on the phone was veey helpful and accomodating and my treatments this morning were really lovely,l was early for my appointment and was promptly offered coffee and a seat,the young girl (sorry l forgot your name)pretty young blonde,was very friendly without being over the top,had manicure then through to treatment room for facial,very relaxing and soothing,smelt fantastic to,many thanks for a lovely experience,Sue Dowling.

have been to this salon twice now and had different hairdressers both times, i was so impressed both times by how comfortable i was made to feel, i was put to ease straight away on both visits, and i can be a very nervous person when it comes to going to the salon, i think the big thing is is that i felt i was listened to, it was what i wanted not what the hairdresser wanted. i will 100% be a loyal customer to saks from now on, the ammount of compliments i've had is unreal

went to saks for an opi gel maicure, this was 2 weeks ago and my polish is still on and going strong, i am so impressed with this polish and chloe who did it was so lovely, will deffo return

top salon with top staff, they will not leave you dissapointed

Didn't get of to the best start with my appointment having to be moved due to staff illness but my visit in the end was so good that i haven't even knocked a star off for that. my cut and colour was amazing, the customer service was spot on, consultations were thorough, and the beauty therapist had a gap so i was very lucky that the owner asked her to give me a free manicure whilst my colour was on to say sorry for having to be moved. over all just an amazing salon

First impression of salon, very clean and stylish. Reception staff were very polite and friendly, offering tea and coffee and ensuring I was comfortable at all times. I was a little nervous about receiving my first session of IPL treatments, but my therapist aleema was amazing, she explained to me what she was going to do and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. I’m half way through my course of treatments and I must say I’m amazed by the results so far, ive just purchased my next area of IPL and I’m excited to see the overall results.

I’ve been a regular client at saks for 5 years now, the team has changed which happens everywhere but always gets better. The customer service and hairdressing skills are beyond anywhere I’ve been before. Im always well looked after and get what I ask for! All my friends go here and they all feel the same. I think the fact they do groupons for new clients is great as it allows clients to sample the salon and reveals the tucked away location. The salon is clearly going strength to strength and I wouldn’t change! Thanks to the saks team x

The first few times I went to Saks I thought it was alright. Then I turned up for my appointment one day to find that it hadn’t been put in the system. The girl at the desk then proceeded to tell me that I had phoned up earlier because I had got a dentist appointment and had said I would be late. I told her this was incorrect but she then told me I was wrong and then said that it was my husband (who doesn’t exist) who called. I finally found my appointment card and proved to her that I did have an appointment. I never received and apology for the mix up or the fact that I had been interrupted and told I was wrong. No wonder they have had to go on Groupon to get more customers.

Really friendly salon, had my hair coloured by paula who i believe is the manager and and cut by kirsty, both were so lovely and helpful so glad to have found a new salon so quick after moving to the area, deffinitley reccomend this salon and especially paula and kirsty

Well I don’t know where to begin??? I went to the salon after buying a groupon and wow money well spent! The service I had is normaly £39 and I payed £19 and I’d like to say I was that happy I’d pay over £39! My stylist was Gemma and boy she was amazing! I’m not good at describing what I want but she got it exactly right!!! Her knowledge of hair is astounding and if I may say she’s an asset to the salon! The overall experience was amazing and all staff were great and salon was clean and trendy. And I’d like to say the assistant that washed my hair was lovely to, I’m sorry cant recall his name! I’m looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you Gemma and the saks staff xx

i went into the salon on thursday, the salon had called me prior to my appointment to inform me my stylist was no longer with the company and i was offered another stylist. as you can imagine i was apprehensive and felt almost scared. from the moment i met my new stylist (gemma) i knew i was in excellent hands, she was confident, friendly and overall i must admit its by far the best hair cut ive ever had. im sooooo pleased and would reccomend gemma and the salon to anyone

visited this salon for the second time yesterday and am pleased to say that it was just as lovely as the first. you can really tell that the staff are friends unlike some salons i’ve been to where you could cut the tension with a knife, it’s clean, it’s trendy, and to top it off give great cuts and colours, think i’ve found myself a new regular salon

Loved this salon, i had a voucher for half head of highlights and a cut with conditioning treatment and will 100% be returning, have already rebooked. Very professional looking salon and staff, cleanest salon I have ever been in, I also have a voucher for beauty which I’m really looking foward to using.

I have been a loyal client here for 5 years, as have my husband and mum, and not once have any of us been left dissapointed. The staff are always more than welcoming, even staff who have never done my hair or beauty treatments make an effort to say hello.

Paula has always coloured my hair and Bally had always cut it until he left earlier this year at which point I moved to Kat, who both may I add are excellent hairdressers and always give me what I ask for.

On the odd occasion (usually for birthday/Christmas presents) I have also had facials and massages in the beauty salon and again have always been left very impressed and relaxed.

As for the comment made about the salon being quite I have never ever found this to be true, quite the opposite infact, but I must admit I am always in on a Saturday being a full time working woman.

I can promise you won’t be left dissapointed from Saks

I have to say I always feel a million dollars ever time I go there. Staff are really friendly on every occasion.
The salon is spacious I love this as you don’t feel that you are on top of other customers or stylist.
I have always been happy with both my cut and colour for years.

This is a very quiet salon and I found it not to be very friendly. The owners seem lovely, shame about the staff who think they own the place.
