A night out at the Alhambra is a great treat and with shows such as Cats, Joseph, Blood Brothers, that are some of the best touring productions in the UK, it’s really an unmissable opportunity. The owners have great pride in the building and it always looks great both inside and out all the year round. The main auditorium is quite small and has never been extended since its original build, but the interior is lush and while you are sat waiting for the performance to start you can marvel at the painted ceilings and the mini sculptures. The Theatre also has a well stocked bar and a wonderful restaurant where you can get a great meal before the show. My only gripe would be taht the intervals are too short and you’ll struggle to fight your way to the bar and get a drink before the bell goes and you’re being called back to your seats.

I like coming here because there is usually something i like on like a good comedian or musical…The prices arent that dear either and there are many concessions to be had. The seating is a lot comfier than at the st georges hall so prefer this theatre to that one. The exterior of the building is quite formiddable at daylight but in the night it is all lit up and looks really nice and easy to spot from miles away. The interior is very spacious and nicely decorated - not that luxurious but it is clean and tidy. They do have disabled access to the ground floor. The staff are nice and friendly too..

Looks naff by day, but beautiful at night when it’s lit up. The theatre decor inside it wonderful and acoustics quite good. They show a good range of entertainment from a thigh slapping panto to the ballet. nb Angelos restautant is a good pre/post theatre restaurant

Great theatre in the centre of Bradford. It’s quite a magnificent building from the inside and out. Excellent venue for watching shows and tends to get lots and lots of the bigger touring productions there.

There’s a bar on each level and you can get pre-show food. However, there are also lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

I would recommend here as a place to go on a nice evening out.

This theatre is brilliant and shows the best shows. The feel of the theatre is very good as it is such an impressive place to go - the architecture and design of the place is so old and lovely - its worth going just to have a look at the old fittings. The theatre has all the top shows like musicals and comedies and it shows the worlds best pantomimes but they usually have the same stars in year by year, it would be nice to see some new faces for a change but then again they have been that often they are like family. The seating is on levels so you can have a good view of the stage no matter where you are sat. The prices are mostly on the dear side but there are some budget tickets to be had if you are quick enough. They also do deals for family tickets and students. The theatre is always nice and clean and the workers are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The toilets are lovely and clean but there arent enough for them and they do get busy between shows. There is a restaurant but it is a bit on the dear side. There is also a bar for a quick drink in intervals. A really good night out.

The alhambra is one of the best things about bradford - originally it was made in 1914 but it was refurbished to the splendid form it is now in 1986. The nighttime is the best time to see it in all its glory when it is lit up - it looks simply stunning.

The alhambra is fully equipped with disabled access and hearing loops for hard of hearing - they also do special performances of sign languaged shows. For anyone blind if you phone up and inform them they arrange for you to take your guidedog with you when you go. I have even seen them give one dog a bowl of water to enjoy while there. The staff are really friendly and go out of there way to help in any way they can. I think they go above and beyond so that is lovely.

Tickets usually start at about £18 for adults with concessions for kids, students and disabled.

There are loads of different type and style of shows be it bollywood, musical, comedy, pantomime, etc, shown here and they are usually such a good night out.

There is a restaurant which does a nice carvery before your meal but it is on the dear side - be prepared to pay about fourty quid for two people to eat.

Their toilets are nice and clean and well maintained. There are separate toilets for disabled too. The staff are lovely and friendly.

A proper night out, the Alhambra makes theatre the treat, the special occasion that it should be. Mostly the performances are quality but in my opinion the pantomimes are awful.

The Alhambra is always a delight to visit. The staff are courteous and helpful. The interior has the atmosphere that an old theatre should have. It’s like all the pleasure has been absorbed into the walls. Like a lot of theatres it has stalls, a circle and an upper circle and boxes at the sides and lounges at the back. It has had to develop with the times so it also has level disabled access and places for wheelchairs within the stalls area.

This theatre stages shows of the highest calibre from the big musicals to ballets, West End shows and of course a traditional pantomime.

It also has bars on each level and a restaurant on the ground floor for pre show meals.
