Thank you for the opportunity to reply. I am sorry that you feel that the customer service you experienced was so poor as it was me that you dealt with. Your bathroom was delivered on Monday the 17 Dec when your fitters started work. On Friday the 21 December you notified us that the fitters could not find fixings for the bath shower screen. Unfortunately our warehouse was closed for the Christmas period. I tried to locate the necessary parts in our four shops without luck and also looked at the display parts as a solution but these were marked. I offered to send replacement parts to your home address as soon as the warehouse was open but you were not able to accept deliveries during carrier delivery hours and neither were you able to collect parts from the shop as an alternative. In the end I had the parts sent to your work address where you received them the day after the warehouse opened. It is unfortunate that the warehouse was closed for the Christmas period and I am sorry these actions did not meet your expectations.
