CZARO

Today was the 2nd time I went to Czaro’s and have requested for Lauren, the same stylist I had the first time 2-3 months ago, to do my hair. I had so many compliments the first time with regards to my haircut that I just had to go back! I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and coincidentally walked in behind another member of staff at Czaro’s (I believe her name was Ashley?), who though was still in her coat and had her bag in hand, immediately acknowledged my arrival and offered me a seat and drink. Lauren remembered me from my first appointment which made me feel like a valued customer! She listened to what I wanted and explained what she would be doing for me today which I really like because it shows that they have listened and understand your request. Once again I’m very happy with the outcome and cannot wait for my friends, family and colleagues to see me!

This salon really stands out. I went for a complete change of colour so i wanted a consultation before i went in, which I got, and at no point did i feel like I was taking up the stylist’s time or that she just wanted to get it over with, like i have in other salons. I ended up with an absolutely fabulous cut and colour that I am so delighted with, i dont want to wash it for fear of ruining it! it has been a long time since Ive walked out of a salon so happy. I was even late, but still received excellent service. The staff are very professional, friendly and talented. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I’m never one to write reviews, but after having my hair done at Czaro, I felt I just had to. The staff provide the best service, making each of their customers feel special (well thats definietly what I felt :) ). I’ve never felt so pleased with my hair after coming out of a salon, like I did after visiting them (and i’m pretty fussy!). Without question of a doubt, this is going to be my regular salon from now on! Thanks Czaro.

Fantastic little salon in a great location. The service I received was second to none, and I felt like I was in very capable hands the whole time. The place looks fabulous too and all the staff are incredibly polite, funny, and welcoming. I had a thorough consultation, and have come away with an amazing cut and colour. Will definitely be returning very soon!

I have now been here several times and feel I have to comment on the continuity of service and level of hairdressing I have experienced. All the other clients in the salon look a million dollars and leave with a huge smile on their face too! I have just had a brazilian blow-dry and I have got to say my hair is amazingly glossy and soft and is by far the best such treatment that I’ve had. The whole experience is really enjoyable and most importantly, the hairdressing standards are superb, my salon for life!

Sadly, I wasn’t very impressed with this hairdressers, although it was a great location and very friendly. I was very precise about how I wanted my cut and colour, but neither was done to my specification (I asked for dark blonde subtle highlights – I currently have ash blonde highlights that look stripy if I put my hair up). The cut is absolutely mediocre. I was a bit disappointed to have bought a £40 voucher online for here, but I would have been heartbroken to have paid the full price!

After my last hair cut & colour at a London salon I was very sceptical of a good outcome but Sav pick the perfect colour and fixed a really bad cut! I wont be going anywhere else for my hair again!

This is my second time at Czaro and this time i just HAD to write the review!
Those guys are amazing – the service is great, polite, on time, but the haircut! THE HAIRCUT was brilliant both the first and second time! My hair lasted 3 months before i had to have a cut again, it just falls into place and every time i blow dry it it looks fab! (well, maybe not salon-fab, but great nonetheless) ;-)
I must add, it is rare that i find a good hair salon, so when i do, i need to shout about it!! thanks Czaro, i will be coming back! :-)

got there a tad early but they were ready to see me, we had a detailed consultation and felt really confident that he knew how to “do” my hair. I havent found a hairdresser that i feel i would like to return in yrs…I will deffo be going back here though. I really enjoyed my time here. Whilst I was there they had THE most annoying trying customer in the history of annoying customers. They dealt with her brilliantly, proffessionally and calmly and politely. All the staff were sooooo nice. Thanks for a lovely experience x

This is a brilliant salon near Oxford Street. The salon itself is very modern and clean, with a bit of a funky feel. I went in and was seen by Sav, who took great care of me, asked me what I wanted to do with my hair, and took the time to listen to what I actually wanted!
I had a wash, cut and blow dry, and the result looked great, I am really happy with the style and will definitely be going back there again! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new salon, I found Czaro really friendly, and not pushy on the products or trying to upsell you colour and treatments that you don’t want, like some other salons that I have visited.

I went to Czaro today for a wash, cut and dry and was extremely impressed! I was offered a drink when I had settled in; on offer was water, juice, wine and beer. My stylist, Lydia took excellent care of me, listening to what I wanted done to my hair and making great suggestions for improvement. Lydia cut and styled my hair beautifully, and although I was the last client in the salon, I did not feel rushed at any stage. Highly recommended! Definitely returning!!

Love, love, love this place! I am absolutely delighted with my super colour, re-style and blow-dry. The stylist was very attentive and the service very professional. A beautiful salon in ambient surroundings. Great value for money too! Definitely going back soon for a brazilian blow-dry.

I visited Czaro, I was charged a premium of 25.00 extra on my cut as I went in on a first time to have my hair styled. I had been warned about 15.00 on the phone but that it would not be more then that then was told it was an extra ten when I got there. This was appalling, no where did it say this when I booked it online first, This is not only false advertising its illegal and conditions like this should always be outlined when purchasing something online or it is false advertising. Nice as the cut was I was also not given the cut I asked for.

I visted CZARO Monday afternoon and had an amazing experience Saz was my stylist and he done my hair goreous the colour the cut everything was perfect he gave me really good advice on what colour to go as i didnt have a clue all the staff were very friendly and accommodating i will definitely be going back!

Must give credit where credit is due… and this new God-send is most definitely due some credit!
The salon is stylish, the staff are gorgeous and really friendly, and Sav (my new hair dresser…FOR LIFE) is a genius! Need I say more than that?!
Would I recommend? I already have!
The discount I received for my first visit was a great help too… but even at full price… will be worth every penny (already booked my next appointment – I never do that!)

I work just around the corner from this lovely little boutique salon. I rarely come out of a hair salon happy, and I can safely say the stylist did exactly what I asked for and better. I also learnt how to use rollers which was fantastic! If you want to be in safe and experienced hands, this is the place. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks!

What a lovely treat! I found Czaro on an internet search. I was so impressed. I felt truly pampered. I had a cut and style up-do for a special occasion and Lydia's styling was a work of art! She did exactly what I wanted and had great artistic flair. Lovely chic salon and very friendly staff. I'd definately return!

I never normally write reviews whether my experience has been good or bad. However after visiting CZARO, I felt compelled to write this review. I picked Czaro out of the salons rated on Qype and was not disappointed. The salon itself is very swanky and the staff are all so friendly, attentive and professional. I had the Hair Consultant called Sav and he immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. His enthusiasm and passion was perfectly reflected in his results. My cut & colour is truly the best I have ever had. I even got stopped in the street and got given compliments on 2 separate occasions! As for value for money, this place is second to none. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Definitely one of the Top rated hairdressers in London.

I decided to try this place out after some work colleagues came back with nothing but praise for the wonderful experience that they'd had. I was not disappointed! The haircut was gorgeous, my colour amazing and the service - second to none! And the best thing was the price - I was simply amazed at how much value for money this place offers and I had a beautifully chilled glass of complimentary wine thrown in too! Cannot praise the attentiveness of the staff here enough. I will definitely be going back soon.
