Review of St. Johns Church from 18 January 2009

I walk past St. Johns Church most days of the week and the building always facinates me. There is a small park next to the church which is strangely empty most of the times.

The church seems to be a vital part of the community in the Waterloo area as there are always a hundred and one flyers on the gates about activities happening in and around the church.

I’ve personally never been inside the church, the fence always seem to be locked when I happen to pass it by but that does not stop the drunks living rough to make the porch their home for the evening. It would encourage a lot more people to explore the church if they actually left the gates open during the day.. well just my opinion!
