I can’t say how good the food is, because I wasn’t able to make an appointment. I called perhaps 10 times but they aren’t often around to pick up the phone, and though they are more available by email, when you tell them you have a groupon, they keep shuffling you to another date. The first email said they have appointments for me three months later (in March), my emails in March went unanswered until the last week, at which point they sent me an email several hours in advance saying that I could come in at 1 pm, which isn’t exactly useful. Of course now they say it is no longer possible to use the groupon, because it has expired.
Their strategy seems to be to collect money from groupon sales and avoid giving appointments, hoping that at least some people won’t bother to ask for their money back. If you’re here from groupon – do yourself a favor and avoid them.

Are you someone that Cafe Klatsch hired to write positive comments? Seriously, did you read the reviews in the links that you sent me? People are NOT complaining about Groupon, they are complaining about the businesses offering the deal – i.e. EXACTLY businesses like Cafe Klatsch!
