We visited the barn in Tunbridge Wells several times to look at sofas. On both visits the staff were warm, friendly and non pushy.
We were supplied with a welcome hot drink, and given lots of advice and help with fabrics and styles.
We are thrilled with our sofa, particularly as the sales assistant went out of her way to find a fabric and colour to match a sofa that we already have.
Two delivery men brought our sofa, which was very well wrapped. They were polite, and took the trouble to remove their shoes, without being asked.
Unfortunately, they forgot to leave my Stainguard pack! However, a quick phone call rectified this, and I am assured that one is on its way.
Although the sofa was quite expensive, I am assured that it is well built and will last a long time.
Parking was easy and the barn was well laid out.
There were plenty of styles on display and an array of fabric samples to take home.

We have a lot of antics cabinets and their colors are not so nice to look for. I bring all my antics to this furniture shop and they revitalized my stuffs. Thank to the staff especially to the manager.

Fell in love with our sofa at the Parson's Green showroom. Couldn't be happier now its taken pride of place in our lounge. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable; likewise the delivery men were very professional and patient whilst I checked everything over.
Only one niggle - I requested cushions in a different colour but the request doesn't seem to have filtered through. I think this is being remedied as we speak.......?

Bought our lovely sofa online so difficult to get it right but with numerous samples and help from friendly and helpful staff we now have a great sofa and footstool. To be fair the footstool failed to arrive with the sofa but was delivered at no extra cost the following day! Thank you sofas and stuff

Ordered two Haresfield sofas from Harrogate store. Really helpful in store chosing colours, fabric etc. Delivery was 7.5 weeks (not the 4 quoted) but i was not in a rush anyway. Delivery guys fantastic. Sofas were excellently packaged, put together and look wonderful... Thanks. I will be recommending the service. One down side - i ordered the stain guard service and when the additional package of stain removers was delivered (with the sofas), the box was not sealed and one of the stain removers was completely empty. I have notified the store and await feedback. If it was not for this the star rating would be 5...

Really enjoyed choosing new sofas and chairs at the Fittleworth showroom - Mandy was so patient and now the furniture has arrived and our revamped sitting room is finished we are delighted and sitting very comfortably - All were delivered on time and we will certainly be recommmending Sofas and Stuff to our friends - thank you

The sofa is perfect. My husband and I went to the showroom and we were helped out immediately by a lovely member of staff :)
We tried out a few sofas and then had a chat about what it was we wanted. We were able to choose the exact colour of the sofa and the extra cushions and were given a sample of the colours we had chosen too.
When the sofa arrived it was better than we remembered! It's so comfortable and fits perfectly.
The only negative comment I have is the delivery time. We were told 6 weeks and then we were told on the 10th week it would arrive "week ending 3rd may", but it didn't arrive until the following Thursday. No explanation as to why it was later than we were told. However, the quality of the sofa outweighs the delivery issues.
I would definitely recommend this company. Incredible quality and such a beautiful and comfortable sofa.

Thank you very much for my lovely sofa - much admired by family and friends. The extra armcaps were a blessing as I dropped a log on one the very day after the sofa arrived! But it washed well - only comment on that is that the colour faded slightly in the wash - at 40 degrees. The delivery chaps found me with no problems and it is difficult! They put it in place, cleared up the packaging and were charming as well!
The only slight niggle is that the loose covers do not quite reach the carpet so an extra half inch all round would be better as I am sure over the years they will shrink a little.

I spent ages looking for a company that would make and deliver a sofa that was big enough to be comfortable but small enough to fit through our ludicrously tiny farm house doors...the Malham sofa by Sofas and Stuff looked perfect. Living in Kintyre I wasn't able to get to a showroom but the information on the website and a couple of emails with staff made buying online very straightforward. It took slightly longer to get here than I expected, but we do live in the middle of remote west Scotland and communication with the company was always very helpful. The sofa was delivered by two really helpful boys who assembled the parts in the house and took all the packaging away. They had to carry it over a footbridge but didn't complain and were polite and friendly. Finally I could really try it out...and it's perfect. So thank you to Sofas and Stuff and your delivery team - I would definitely shop again with you and will certainly recommend you to friends and family.

Love our new sofa!
The staff n the Fittleworth showroom couldn't have been more patient and welcoming on every visit!
Great advice on comfort and fabric choices.
I wanted a sofa i didn't have to 'plump' (v lazy!) it does exactly that, we have had it three weeks and tonight was the first time i have plumped and tidied and it didn't look bad before!
The fabric looks great (grey wool) and the extra cushions we had made are well worth the initial intake of breath at the cost.

Absolutely fabulous!
We ordered a bed but wanted it in leather rather than the fabric options offered, and although they'd not done it before the staff were willing and very helpful. We now have a beautiful bed in grape leather, and with no seams in the headboard it is even better than we expected. Delivery was a couple of weeks longer than we expected, but still quicker than most high street stores for a similar product, and ours is bespoke. The delivery guys were great too. Thank you sofas and stuff!

Lovely people all the way through. Great warehouse where you can get a feel for the products and then a great website for ordering. The sofa and chair came quickly compared to other firms, and the materials and finish are of a really high quality. The delivery was in a two hour window, which we felt was excellent. All in all a great experience and wonderful products.

Love love love the Sofa and the showroom guys (we went to the Parson's Green one) and delivery team were both excellent.
My only niggle is that we were told that it would be delivered in about 5 weeks - but when I chased at 5 weeks I was told that it was 5 weeks after they recieved the material and in reality it was more like 8 weeks. This is fine, but it would have been helpful to know this earlier.

Our sofa arrived on time, and the delivery guys unwrapped it and checked we were happy before they cleared up and left us to enjoy it. The sofa did come with the wrong feet but then they sen a new set together with someone to fit them for us.

Called in to Sofas and Stuff near Harrogate after seeing ads inThe Times, were so impressed that we ended up buying a sofa, chair, double bed and two mattresses. We chose a woolen fabric for the sofa and chair (this was sourced locally) and have just taken delivery of the sofa and chair and are really pleased with the result. I would certainly recommend anyone to go and visit, the staff are really helpful and the coffee is good!!!!!
