Just had two beautiful new sofas delivered one very happy satisfied customer.

The girls in the barn were very friendly, helpful and patient and the delivery service was first classs.

Our experience with Sofas and Stuff has been first class from start to finish and we love our sofas!  Nikki in the showroom in Tunbridge Wells was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the ordering process was simple and the delivery arrived on the day promised and, although just 15 minutes outside the allotted time, the driver had phoned well in advance to warn us.  We thoroughly recommend Sofas & Stuff

We found Sofas & Stuff on the internet and decided to give it a try after we saw some good reviews.  We went to the Fulham showroom.  It was easy to find and there was parking.  There were also quite a lot of sofas, chairs and beds in there and a lot of fabric books.  The chap in there was very helpful indeed and we chose one of their two seater sofas.  We are very happy with it - really comfortable and made from good fabric.  The covers are removable, so we can wash them easily, but it still looks neat and tidy.  My only complaint is that the sofa was a few weeks late and the customer service was not as helpful as it could have been, but maybe we caught them on a bad day...  Overall would recommend.

Nice location in Hungerford with a great showroom full of sample furniture & fabric and very helpful staff. Sofa was delivered in 5 weeks when we were quoted 6-8, really nicely made. Overall fantastic service, would use again and definitely recommend.

We visited the barn in Fittleworth, West Sussex. Fabulous selection of sofas, helpful but unobtrusive sales people. They gave great advice. I ended up ordering an armchair I didn't even know I wanted as it was so comfortable. We were really impressed with the value too. We waited just over six weeks for delivery, as advised. The delivery people were polite and efficient, even when they had to remove the doorframe to get our new armchair in. We absolutely adore our new furniture.

We had our new clavering sofa delivered last week and I absolutely adore it! Sofa's and stuff in tunbridge wells were fantastic, really helpful and great customer service. I had an enquiry about delivery and they got back to me so quickly and on top of that my sofa was delivered much earlier than I expected. The delivery men were very professional, you could tell that they do a lot of sofa manoeuvring, they made it look so easy. If you're looking for a new sofa that has that little something extra, then I would highly recommend Sofa's and stuff.

We ordered the Domino bed from from Sofas & Stuff and had it delivered last week.  We are really thrilled with the quality of the bed - great value for a gorgeous bed.  The delivery guys who then built it were also very friendly.

Service in the shop was exceptionally good, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff who were not overbearing.  The range of styles, sized and fabrics, and the flexibility and choice were amazing.  It took around 2 months to deliver the sofa and chair we ordered but it was well worth the wait as they are beautiful and the quality is very high, so much so that we have ordered another identical chair.  At £49 the delivery charge seems very high, on the other hand the goods were very well wrapped in protective coverings and the delivery men did all the unwrapping and took away all the waste, as well as attaching the legs to the sofa and chair.  They also arranged a 2 hour delivery slot and phoned 45 mins before arrival.

I ordered a large dunwich sofa and what a fab sofa it is! This was all ordered onine so I never even got a chance to physically see the sofa. I went with my gut instinct and my gut instinct was indeed correct! Comfortable, modern, chic and made to a very high standard. The fabric is lush. Very efficient service. I ordered a couple of fabric samples which i received within a couple of days! Also delivered earlier than expected. Would highly reccommend sofas and stuff to you all. I now have my eye on one of their beds!!!

Great showrooms, giving the opportunity to "try before you buy".  We went there with a sofa in mind, and left having bought something completely different!  The delivery did seem to take an age though, coinciding with the factory's annual holiday shutdown, and the fabric being out of stock. However, we're very pleased with our sofa.  It's well made and is of excellent quality. Great value.

We received our lovely corner sofa right on time and in a very short order period as we were only in UK for a short time and could only give 5 weeks notice to have it made and delivered.
The sofa is wonderful and we chose it after visiting the barn in Fittleworth. The staff were great and we bought a ready-made lockton sofa which we fell in love with whilst looking for a suitable sofa for our living room.
The delivery men were polite, extremely efficient and careful about walking in the house with their muddy boots. 
We would recommend the company 100%, the finish on the sofa is lovely and everyone has commented how beautiful it looks and you cannot find a sofa like this on one of those commercial sofa sites - plus they have a very long delivery time, even though they advertise sofas ready within 3 weeks. Their prices always seem cheaper when you first look at the sites, but they are usually poor quality, high prices and have terrible customer services.
Thank you for all your help and now we have a lovely sofa in our cottage.

I conducted the whole sale by phone and internet as I couldn't get to the shop - great customer service from the lady advising me on best fabric for my lifestyle to the gents delivering, and I'm chuffed to bits with the sofa which is obviously great quality, smart looking and super comfy for a great price. A substantial upgrade from the old DFS! I will be recommending to friends and family, and I'm saving for a matching armchair!

Really thrilled with our gorgeous new sofa. Spotted the showroom on a failed trip into Tunbridge Wells to try to find a sofa we both liked!! The showroom was shut as it was a Sunday but the staff very kindly arranged to open especially for us on a subsequent Sunday as we were struggling to find a free Saturday. Service was ideal - not at all pushy - we were able to choose our sofa and fabric in a very relaxed environment.
Delivery guys were extremely nice and professional.
Sofa itself is so comfy, looks beautiful and appears to be very well made. It was an expensive purchase for us, but worth it - and price was on a par or perhaps a little cheaper than other sofas we had seen but which came no where close for quality of design/ range of fabrics.
Only one criticism is that there was no option to have it scotch guarded.

We had recently moved and decided to treat ourselves to a new set of sofas and chairs. I wanted to find a company that sold British made sofas and that was reasonably local to our new home. We went to the Tunbridge Wells branch which has a really good selection of sofas and chairs on show and a veritable treasure trove of materials. We met Nikki, who was so helpful and skilled. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and Nikki helped me develop those into a beautiful selection of sofas and chairs. Nikki has a great deal of experience in textiles, patterns and colours and, with her expert eye, gave me the confidence to chose a variety of patterns which go together so well. If you need inspiration there is a really useful ideas book with pictures, colour combinations and materials to browse.
Nikki and her colleagues were very helpful, whether in person or over the telephone, and provided good old fashioned service, which is so rare these days. The delivery men were polite, prompt and tidied up after themselves. They managed to get a very large sofa up two flights of very narrow staircases without damaging the sofa or the wallpaper!
Since I've had the new furniture in place I have had loads of compliments on the comfort, style and material used. We are delighted with our sofas and chairs and would definitely recommend Sofas and Stuff.

clean their shoes on the mat before coming in as I had just had new carpet.

The sofas are very comfy.
