Just received our two new sofas -love love them! Great service in Parsons Green showroom, kept informed all along of delivery times, delivered on the exact day in the 2 hour slot. Would definitely recommend this Company. Merry christmas

The staff in the shop were very helpful and we were confident enough in what we had seen to order our sofa and chair on the first visit. The furniture was delivered on time, despite being in the run up to christmas, and it was well wrapped in blankets and other packing to avoid damage. We are very pleased with the fabric, style and quality of the sofa and chair and could not have been happier with the service we have received.

Wow what a beautiful sofa!! It was just perfect for our room and looked like it was made to fit. The service was second to none from ordering to delivery. We will definitely be back for more.

Superb product found on the web has lived up to expectations. A visit to the Hungerford barn confirmed my impressions and the knowledgeable and charming saleswoman made intelligent comments on our queries which resulted in making better choices about style, size and fabrics. Later additions to the order were made accurately and arrived perfect in every detail. I appreciated being kept up-to-date on progress. I have been purchasing a variety items for a new house and the customer service I received from Sofas and Stuff is head and shoulders above most of the companies with which I have been dealing. Saw an advert and thought a showroom would be miles away (we live in the country in Sussex) but were pleased to find it was not far from us in an amazing converted barn, loads of sofas on display and loads of fabric samples to choose from. Spent ages making a decision but never once felt rushed. The sales team were helpful and informative. It was quite a long wait before the sofas were delivered but well worth knowing our sofas were made especially for us and not just picked from some big company warehouse that always has a sale on that "must end" .............you know who I mean!!
Also the delivery guys were punctual and took their shoes off (new carpet!) Would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff and would use again.

We visited the showroom near Tunbridge Wells twice before deciding upon our sofa - and the fabric and size we wanted it in. The staff were very helpful - and didn't mind our 3 noisy kids in the showroom whilst we made our choices! We are delighted with our sofa, it's really comfortable and looks great in our sitting room. We waited about 8 or 9 weeks for it to be made and delivered, but it was worth waiting for.

We were originally planning to order our new sofa through another bespoke company that we'd ordered from about 8 years ago. But boy, had their prices gone up! And they really had a "could care less" attitude about us wanting to place another order with them -- even though 8 years ago when we were decorating our new house we bought 3 sofas and two large armchairs from them!
I saw a promotion for Sofas & Stuff in the Times and took a look at their website. I didn't find exactly the style and shape we wanted, but thought it was worth going to the showroom. Initially, I felt the showroom (Parsons Green) was more warehouse-looking than I expected. But the sales staff were inviting, and ended up spending lots of time with us. The sales woman found a picture of the type of sofa we were after, which wasn't on their website. There was also a sample of it in the showroom, so that certainly made the difference--to actually sit in it! We were also pleased to be told that we could order it in a larger size.
We found the quality of fibre seat cushions and feather-filled back cushions to be of the same quality as the other company, for almost half the cost. The sales woman then spent hours with us going through fabric sample books and was very patient, as we had quite a picky idea of what exactly we were after. Samples were ordered, as she insisted we really need to see the fabric at home in daylight.
We are very happy with our new sofa. We received an email about when to expect delivery, and the only negative I can report is I had to phone the delivery company as I had not heard from them by the date specified on the email. They then told me they'd be delivering 3 days later, and that I could not choose any other date or it would be weeks before we'd see the sofa. This was most annoying as I then had to cancel everything I had set for that day. I was given a 2-hour window the day before, and a phone call 20 minutes before the men arrived. The delivery men also moved my old sofa into our garage.

Excellent all round. We visited the Ripley Barn and the staff there could not have been more helpful. A welcoming cup of coffee after the long drive and then endless patience with our questions and request for extra swatches. I liked the fact that we came and looked, went home, and then decided to buy - all with no pressure. I also like the fact that we could choose exactly what we wanted, colour size and style. We have now taken delivery and they are wonderful! I would recommend Sofas and Stuff to anyone.

We have now purchased one sofa and one sofa-bed from Sofa's and stuff and we love them both.
They're really well put together and very comfortable. The cushions don't slide forward like they did on
our previous sofa.
The supports for the sofa bed are really strong so it's really robust when folded out.
They have a clever trick to make the sofa-beds more comfortable when used as a sofa (which it is
most of the time). Would highly recommend these guys.

We found Sofas & Stuff on the internet, then decided to visit the Fittleworth showroom after receiving some free fabric samples. The ladies were very helpful without the sales push. We decided to order a 3 seater sofa a few months later. It was ready faster than expected, I think in 4 weeks. The delivery guys were great as we were unsure whether the sofa would fit through our flat's front door... not a problem for the experts. The sofa is lovely, perfect colour and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we took delivery of a beautiful sofa from Sofas & Stuff. It's always tricky to think how it will all turn out when its made for you from scratch, but we'd been to the Harrogate showroom and got a sterling service there. The website is superb but we decided to pop up to Harrogate for the day and to see the craftsmanship first hand really puts your mind at rest.
Delivery was perfectly on time and the deliverymen friendly and skilled at getting what is a huge sofa into a tight doorway. They took all the wrapping with them and made sure I was happy before they left, setting it perfectly in the room all plumped up and ready to sit on.
One problem: one of the legs came out of the wrapping with a small chip out of it. I've been told a new one is on its way and will be here within 3 weeks. That's fine by me.
Polite and classy, they are a great company to shop with. Blimey, this is a comfy sofa. Worth every penny, and that's not to say it's expensive, because you can spend an awful lot of money on tat in bigger stores.

We ordered two armchairs from Sofas & Stuff 12 weeks ago. We paid 100% on ordering. We were supposed to take delivery after six weeks. Six weeks went by and we got a phone call explaining that the fabric we'd chosen (their fabric) did not meet quality specifications and would we choose another. They sent two samples in the post, we made the decision and notified them immediately. We were told at this point that we'd have to wait a further two weeks. Three weeks went by... we telephone them to be told that they would be due to us in another three weeks. Ok. Thanks for letting us know. Three weeks went by, we phoned them to be told that they'll be delivered next week. In fact... the due date is tomorrow. Great... but they said they would call us the day before to confirm a two hour delivery slot. They haven't.
I know you get what you pay for, but their customer service and communication has been poor. Always good to testdrive these things though as we're about to furnish a boutique b&b... and we won't be using sofas and stuff.

Ordered the sofa by phone after seeing it on-line and after receiving fabric samples (very promptly). Delivery was excellent, we were give a 2 hour time gap 2 days before the delivery day and then the driver rang when he was 20 mins away. Sofa unpacked and positioned and we are very pleased with it. The lady on the phone when we ordered was very helpful, the only issue I would say is that we couldn't see the arm covers to order on the website which is why we ended up phoing up to order.
Would definitley recommend to friends a family and would order again ourselves.

An excellent product, well made and mostly all in the UK. Right from the choosing of the bed in the shop i had a friendly and personal service. I had a choice of beautiful fabrics and opted for a turquoise plush velvet. The bed is a real design piece but it also is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My last bed was from And So to Bed so this is a favourable comparison. The delivery of the bed was convenient. No waiting in all day just a window of 3 hours. The men who built the bed worked quickly and efficiently. A cup of tea and biscuit at the end. It only took them 30 minutes. I would go to this shop for sofas and chairs also in future. A real quality company that has a personal touch. The price was fair for such a quality item.

I was delighted to find a Sofas & Stuff shop near Hungerford that had a good selection of furniture and fabrics to test out. Despite the wide range of fabrics, I had a Colefax & Fowler fabric in mind and the ladies were more than happy to arrange my chosen chair in this. The chair arrived quickly and we are very pleased with it - very comfy and stylish. My only suggestion to improve the customer experience would be to send me any of my fabric that was left over.

Chose our new sofa from the barn at Chilton Foliat and spent a considerable time choosing the material in a very relaxed atmosphere with excellent help from the ladies there. Received swatches within a couple of days and some extra material to have an old poufee recovered to match. The sofa was ready within 5 weeks. My only criticism was that because we could not accept the sofa on the day offered because of a hospital apointment we had to wait a further 3 weeks for delivery until they were in our area again. Sofa is lovely and delivery men were excellent and courteous and took away all packaging.

There was a good range of sofa styles in a well presented show room. Everyone we met was helpful and patient as we tried to find a corner sofa that would fit into our house which has severely restricted access. When we finally made our decision we were given plenty of help with our choice of fabric. All our queries were dealt with quickly and clearly and we when it came to delivery there were no hitches. We have had plenty of compliements on the sofa we bought and we would be happy to recommend Sofa and Stuff to others of our friends
